Ordered 3 different sandwiches and a bowl online and everything was correct and made very well. Ordered 1 more sandwich when we arrived. The woman working there was so nice/polite. This location is way better then the other subway in channahon. Even left a little tip. Good service brings us back.

Very fast service at this Subway. There was a line when we walked in and 3 workers all working together getting the sandwiches made quickly. The green peppers weren’t ripe but that’s the only complaint I have. The workers were friendly and the food was good. The bathrooms and inside of the store were both pretty clean.

I ordered the turkey bacon wrap. It clearly says sliced avocado. They bring out a bag sealed with green mush. I said what is that. She said avocado. Where. The sign says sliced .not fake avocado mush. Shame on you for false advertising!!

For starters, they never honor any Subway promos and neither does the one in Channohan so there really aren’t any options nearby that do honor promos like footlong bogo. That aside, have had several occasions where we’ve placed online orders well in advance only to arrive and find out they haven’t even started making our order yet. They definitely have some staffing issues as well. Have come in during peak times and found only one person working so people leave after waiting for 5+ minutes yo even place an order.

Nice employees but the cut produce was old. The lettuce was brown, cucumbers and peppers were slimy and the bread was stale. Very skimpy with the meat. We won’t come back to this location.
