Wait was q little long but so worth the wait Gina was so friendly and made a perfect sandwich. She even didnt mind changing gloves. She even apologized for the wait. The tomatoes are some of the best tomatoes I’ve seen in a subway period!

My favorite staff are Olivia, Grace, Gina, Kayla, and Marcus! I’ve never received any bad service and I’ve been eating here for years! I love that the staff is consistent, and I see the same smiling faces every time I come in who greet me with “Hey! Welcome to Subway!”
The store’s presentation is immaculate and always clean and free from safety hazards, spills, etc. The food prep area is spotless and organized to perfection along with a well stocked bread oven and neat display of fresh cookies every time I visit. Presentation is extremely important to me when it comes to my health and where I spend my money so with that I’d say my overall experience here has been fantastic from the friendly staff and even the customers I’ve chatted with on many occasions.
Olivia’s knowledge, experience, and customer service are phenomenal
Grace has always been very agreeable and pleasant.
Everyone greets myself and my son warmly, and it makes us feel sort of like family. Being a regular here feels like home

For Gina to be the manager at this location. She sure does keep up a lot of mess among her employees. Mind you I am talking about high school kids and young adults. I know for a fact Gina has to be in her 30’s. She is very unprofessional and displays poor leadership skills. She plays favoritism with all the employees. Then play them against each other for hours on the schedule. From what I saw, it’s alot of unethical behavior going on at this Subway location. Whomever owns this franchise should definitely start looking into a new manager. Gina’s poor management skills is the reason why. Money is being stolen out of the register, inventory is coming up short and the turn over rate is so high.

It doesn’t make sense why the staff here are so rude. If you hate working there why come and put a bad attitude in the atmosphere, why not quit. They don’t even speak to you, they just stare at you like you’re the inconvenience. If you stopping for a quick sandwich just take the trip to Tinley Park

There is no manager, on duty here to answer or correct complain. The employees on duty are clueless of what to do if an problem arising. Food horrible, pop machine malfuncting.

I would starve to death before go to this subway or refer this subway to any of my family or friends.
I was traveling to chicago and had to eat for lunch so we go in this subway i had to literally pee in my pants and pay for my subway before i was let use the restroom. Eventhough i told them that we are here to dine in and ill be buying subs. Employees stated its subway policy. That you have to purchase food before you can use restroom. You can not stop people with madical conditions.

Tuna looked a little weird / old to me when I ask about it I was told that it wasn’t mixed very well like it should be so I went ahead and ordered but when I got home and started to eat it tasted funky kinda had a twang to it. I just tossed it. I should have called but they were closed. If they told me it was good I don’t believe they would have giving me a credit. It cost me 9 dollars.

Today 10:15. June 3 on the subway, I was attended by a girl who gave a very bad service. I prepare a very poorly prepared tuna sandwich, they give a very bad service. He didn’t want to give me another sandwich He threw the sandwich in the trash and no longer wanted to attend to me, he went to the back of the kitchen I waited, I called his attention with the time and date I hope they have better workers better prepared and that they understand the customer.

Really nice and big space Subway, too bad everytime I’ve been to this location the employees don’t know what ingredients go on certain wraps. I came here once to get a wrap and 6in sub and it took me 15 minutes from the moment they started my order to finish because the employee kept walking away to help the other person working with random things. Other than how long I was in there for, the food was standard Subway quality.
