Jay at the counter was amazing! We ordered online because there was a line but he made accommodations like mayo and mustard on the bread etc. half tomato on the nachos, as we were in store, and he didn’t make a fuss about us asking to edit the order. The atmosphere gets a 1 star because the people walking in were obnoxious and rude. Definitely would have eaten inside had there not been numerous people in there being rude to the employee. Thanks Jay!!

Again the overnight team crew doesn’t have anything ready and says it’s nothing in stock this is my second time here this week due to working over night . This is the second/third time this happened this month/week so any assistance on how to fix this or report this (think he doing it on purpose)

Everytime we come here and dine in we are told the bathrooms are “never working” even though the employees go in and out using them. Sign outside says bathrooms for “customers only” if you don’t want customers to use the bathroom then say outside “no public restrooms” When I stop for lunch during my work day it’s nice to have a bathroom to wash up after eating to head back on the road. Tried this location for lunch multiple times. The food is decent but honestly I rather go to a different location instead of wasting my time here again.

First issue I had was I had to wait about 15 minutes from my mobile order so that way they could get the other walk-in customers done which I would understand had I not have been standing right in front of them. And the second issue was the amount of salt on my sub that I’m pretty sure could take down a full grown rhinoceros.
