Asked about a coupon before I ordered and was told works with and sub then at checkout does not apply to new subs, check your coupons closely, but I did ask before too, so read fine print, had to pay full amounts even with employee misinformation

I personally think that the Subway on the East side of Joliet is the best location. Way better than the location off Jefferson St. And the workers are nice and talk to you.

I haven’t been in a subway that was fully staffed and making things happen in a long time. Subways have gone so far downhill with their service; I’ve practically stopped going. It was nice to be met with a smile and see more than 2 employees.

Who hired Miguel!? Cussing in-front of customers, gossiping with the other worker Juan. Worst attitude I have experience at this location. Complaining about the work load and current manager. I just don’t understand if someone is unhappy with their job, just move on and find another one. I feel sorry for the owner of this store with the mediocre team that he currently has during the afternoon shift. We wont be returning, i would rather make the drive to another location then deal with this kid’s attitude.

Love how they are still serving those egg sandwiches(patties) while the other subways got rid of them. Friendly atmosphere and good workers in the evening shift on the weekends.
