I order a soup from here soup was brown clear indication of overnight soup. When it was lunch rush hour they should have had fresh soup. By 12pm. Two the soup was plain flavorless. On top of old and brown water down. Will not be coming here anymore. The lady who took my oder was so rude and bother. When I ask if that soup was from this morning. I uploaded pics so you guys can see how burn and brown it was.

I was told they didn’t take coupons. But how tho when I worked in restaurants for 17 years. My coupon was not expired. I go to all the subways around the south suburbs and this the first to tell me they don’t take coupons. I’m never coming back because they are trying to take every last dollar.

Ordered a veggie pizza for my daughter. I saw them about to put the pizza in the oven without putting the cheese on top. The young lady proceed to tell me that it was extra to put cheese on top of the pizza. And that it already had cheese on the bottom out of the plastic. I said no way all subways that I have gone too; Will only charge extra if you want additional cheese on top. She said that this is the bosses orders I told her that was nonsense. So essentially, they are scamming the customers and making them pay for cheese that should already already be on top of the pizza. Needless to say they put cheese on it and I did not get charged. Shame on this owner for up charging for something you should already get. Stop robbing people.

Poor service. Employees not trained properly. The new kid didn’t even know how to cut the bread and the manager just stood and watched and did not offer any help. Took over 30 minutes to get 3 sandwiches because the employee didn’t know what went on the sandwiches. The manager could not even wrap the sandwiches, when I pulled them out of the bag they came out the wrapper. Went there less than a month ago and there were no issues. Turn over rate extremely high at this location. Will not be returning-they used to be good.

I think there are some working there that do a good job. However, I take issue with their new coupon policy. They are completely limiting the use of them for this location and I have no idea why, so now I must find a different location to use. Plus, some of the staff that are bilingual strangely make comments in their native language while making a sub and it’s a little off-putting since I cannot understand what they are saying.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUBWAY!!! Final straw was today shouldn’t have gave them multiple chances.. first I did an online order for a chicken wrap to pick up on my way to work. When i got to work found out didn’t put any chicken on there only vegetables. Ruined my whole lunch since I can’t leave for lunch at my job. I went back up there a few days later to tell them about the girl that made it was in there and she knew what she had did and the manager was acting like it was killling him to make me another sandwich. Today the same girl only put half the meat on my wrap I had to keep asking here how many trays of meat should be on there she said 1 tray which it’s really suppose to be 2. I called another subway to confirm… they are doing this on purpose thinking people won’t realize it so I called up there a spoke with the manager… he starts acting like his English wasn’t that good and couldn’t understand what I was saying. Trying to answer I totally different question than what I asked him.. I told him that I looked on the subway website and called another subway to confirm the amount of meat.. he replied back “that’s the subway standard price, and got to talking about online orders? Like what??? And while leaving out she handled my money with her gloves on a went to make someone ls sandwhich with out changing them.. they’re disgusting in there! STAY AWAY!

Went there this morning 7/19/2020 the male working there was not very polite. While I was grabbing my food I accidentally knocked the cup he just gave me on the ground. I asked if I could please have another one he told me well it was your fault for holding your mask up you should have just put it down because it doesn’t work anyways. I just looked at him and was like so can I get another cup? He sighed and gave me one. I’ll be taking myself to another subway for now on.

They say they close at 8 but at 7:30 the doors are locked. They should change the hours to 7:30 if they don’t want to stay open till 8.
