I got the sub of the day special which was delicious. Got the meal deal which includes a 6 inch sub ,soft drink and chips for 6.99. Today’s special was the meatball sandwich which is one of my favorites. Food and speed of service was excellent. The staff after the SOUTH CHICAGO HEIGHTS, IL location is very friendly

Well guys back at another subway again the last one was not great at all like I said before I gave my sandwich away, anyways guys went to this subway was amazing I got the all American sub I really loved how the guy made my sandwich with extra mayo etc… thank you very much for that MR. The other sandwich maker was not a great listener putting other seasonings on another customer sandwich in that is not what she ordered. Glad I didn’t get her. Inside was okay just need to tighten it up a bit with the chairs in tables. I will be back soon ! Not to soon got other restaurants to check out. Thanks again .

The 1st time I went to this location my sandwich was perfect. This time the same guy made my sandwich but it seems like he didn’t want to be there. When he was making my sandwich he literally put 3 pieces of spinach on my sandwich n 3 olives. I asked for more and this where the attitude came in. I know they have to follow the ingredients but don’t have attitude if I ask for more veggies. Then he only put it in the middle of my sandwich not end to end. This happen December 21, 2022 at 8:30 AM. He did not give me a receipt he literally took the receipt and throw it away. I know everyone have their days but a customer shouldn’t know you are having a bad day. I will try again next hopefully it will be better.

Been coming to this location for years and all the employees were nice until today, the girl who works there give us attitude when we walked in, I tell her my order and she acts like she’s not listening, I ordered a chicken breast sandwich and she started adding spaghetti meatballs, at first I thought that was an online order but no, she asked me what type of cheese I want, when I ask her if that was my sandwich she gave me attitude and tells me in a bad way “you said you want spaghetti meatballs” I replied nicely to her: “no I said chicken breast”. She rolled her eyes on me and toss the bread all mad about it. It was her fault she wasn’t paying attention to my order, if she don’t want to work just go home but don’t give attitude to the people who feed you and helps you to pay your bills.

The workers were friendly, the restaurant was clean, and our order was ready for us to pick it up ahead of the estimated ready time so the overall experience ordering here was great. Both of the sandwiches we ordered were made correctly and were delicious!

Today I went in to get the #23. I asked for unwilted spinach I got wilted spinach anyway I kept asking her to add more she gave me 7 leaves 4 of which were again wilted smh. The customer service was terrible as she said very little and gave very little to this sandwich it was the flatest subway sandwich I have ever seen. I hope yall make a come bk.

The meat was sliced soooo thin it was see thru. We ordered the ultimate BMT’s and it was almost all lettuce. I’ve never been to a Subway ever where the meat was like that.

This is, by far, the WORST Subway location I have ever visited. First, the decor was flimsy. Just bare walls, looking as if someone picked an empty room and set up shop with on the required items to operate. None of the money that’s made is that location is invested in the store at all. When preparing my sandwich, the person literally placed three olives and two banana peppers the slathered the sandwich with more dressing than anything.
I had so few of each item on my sandwich, I thought I had only meat. The service was performed reluctantly.
Do not go back to this location. They need to be shut down.

The food was good the girl who helped me was good. There was a long wait because the second employee was on her phone and not helping people in the back room which is why I have them 3 stars just for the service aspect. When she hung up her phone after ten minutes she then started helping people which was right after I had ordered.
