Oct 2022. Not recommended. While it appeared clean, it should have, as it was empty at dinner time, big sign of things going wrong. Not at all friendly, welcoming or grateful for business. This location does not honor most Subway coupons & limits which few sandwiches that those couple of accepted coupons can be used for (photo proof attached). This location is not even using all Subway meats (photo proof attached of paper thin store bought deli slices literally still in the shape of the tubs they likely came in & were dumped from, plus I actually worked for Subway, so I know). Also such extremely skimpy amounts of that non Subway meat & cheese + tiniest sprinkles of all other veggies placed on sandwiches. None were remotely close to what we receive when we go to other locations. Even the foot longs were hardly filling for my children and barely worth the coupon amount paid. Never would these have been worth full price nor substantial for an adult appetite. Not the first time we’ve had sub par service and food here, but we are limited in this small town & thought we’d try again. Not going to give them or continued business. Summary – Skip this location and go to another Subway to be treated kindly, politely, fairly and properly given amounts equal to what you pay for.

This place is unsanitary. I asked for a tuna sandwich, plain, just tuna. I returned it when I found a hair and returned it. I saw them scrape the tuna off the bread and put it back in the container. I pointed out to them that they shouldn’t put it back but they said okay and proceeded to scrape the tuna into the container they use for customer sandwhiches.

Ordered online. When opening the sandwich at home the bread was completely soaked to the point that the sandwich couldn’t even be picked up. Called the store to replace and they said our order said extra oil and vinegar. It did not. The order said extra pickles and banana peppers and they misread it. Refused to replace the sandwich because the kids working there can’t make that decision without a manager and the manager doesn’t come in on weekends. Terrible service, terrible product. Won’t be going back.

We have never ordered from this Subway before. I placed an order online. My son went inside to pick up the food, the lady working was extremely rude to him and told them they had no order with my name. My son called me to confirm, I sent him the confirmation number. She still argued with him. By then a man, idk maybe owner or manager came up to my son to asked the issue. My son explained to him and the manager stated that the order was in fact there on the counter and ready for pick up. The lady never even apologized. After all that I opened my sandwich and it was made wrong. I double checked the receipt…making sure I had ordered correctly. Yes I did. With all that had occurred wasn’t even worth our time to call to complain. We will not return.

Subway eat fresh….. why is it never fresh though?
Ordered tonight on uber eats and received a sandwich that tasted like it was made yesterday. Stale and smashed bread and not fresh veggies.
Never again. I’ll drive to the subway on Mondamin. Everything Always fresh and they warm up cookies on request!

Employee had an attitude & got upset when I asked questions about the selections. He also didn’t make the items I requested from the menu because I had a coupon deal(even though the coupon didn’t specify that I couldn’t order the specialty footlongs from the menu). Very short on the toppings too. Overall just rude and disrespectful service. Won’t be returning.

Place was clean and organized. Came in with my children and was stressed they made my food perfect and took their time with all the food and gave me cookies for the stress they saw while my kids were anxious and hungry
