The best thing about this place is its 24hrs. Oh yeah! So when yours not sure whom is open just head to subway, very kind people work there.So stop in ,eat there if you want,but not sure about delivery? So Blueisland and so.chicago eat early or late.

The worst experience! Worst customer service I walk in today for my child lunch I usually get her chip and her drinks as soon as I walk into the store the Indian man accuse me of stealing, and I told him I do this every other morning so disrespectful he did not take my order. I would not go to the store ever again. I will be calling corporate on him for for being disrespectful . Every customer that walks in there should be treated with respect

Subway is a great place to buy great sandwiches and they put anything on the sandwich what you want. Also the Employee ‘s are so nice and friendly and polite. Do employees at Subway greet you with a big smile on their face and you feel welcomed

I went to try the new footlong Churro, pretzel stick, and cookie. I haven’t tried the cookie yet but I’m assuming because the normal cookies are always consistently good, this one should be too. Subway, you have NO BUSINESS making churros if you’re not going to make them with a fryer and the right way. Mine is terribly soft and has no flavor because the coating didn’t stick to the outside. Also, the pretzel stick tasted burnt and not like a pretzel at all. Tastes like a dark version of the regular subway bread. I will never purchase these new items again 🙁

For the past 6 years I’ve been going to this place for lunch every so often since I live close to the place & work near by. The employees have always seemed to be kind & friendly. The place has always been neat & clean and their service was always fast & tidy. however, it’s been nearly 4 in a half weeks that I have been surprisingly disappointed in their service because of ONE employee specifically. Her name tag reads — Patel Krishna. Every visit I have paid for has came along with a horrible attitude & sloppy made subs and not to mention using her hand to wipe her nose while serving & when asking her to sanitize her hands after, she rolls her eyes and moves slower then you can imagine!
Very disappointed & hope that something can be done about this soon!!

On Sunday June 4th, a young woman gave terrible service and had an attitude. I watched as two young men left the store due to waiting over 10 minutes for their food. Usually this is my go to subway. But after this expirence I’ll be driving down to 99th and Western for my subway. I hope that young lady changes her attitude and customer service if she wants to work in food service.

100% recommend you get your sandwich done by the white kid. Best sandwich I’ve ever had. Everything was on point. Whoever said white people don’t add seasoning to food is wrong. This guy seasoned my sandwich like if it was a slab of ribs. Sandwich was so good I had a hard on while eating it.

They give open, unsecure bags to UberEats drivers. Use the sticker to seal the bag close. Don’t attach the receipt to the sticker outside the bag. I know y’all not slow. I also paid for bacon and on my sandwich and didn’t get it.
