During my recent visit, I decided to order a 12-inch tuna sandwich with high hopes for a satisfying meal. Prior to placing my order, I made it a point to inquire about the freshness of the tuna, hoping to ensure its recent preparation. However, upon receiving the sandwich, it quickly became apparent that the fish was far from fresh and carried a distinct spoiled taste that was hard to ignore. Naturally dissatisfied with the quality of my meal, I approached the counter in a polite manner, kindly requesting an alternative sandwich option. To my surprise, I was met with a disappointing response: neither a refund nor a different sandwich could be provided. The only recourse offered was a replacement of my spoiled tuna sandwich with another subpar one. To compound my disappointment, even the Sprite I ordered failed to meet expectations, as it lacked any sweetener and simply resembled plain soda water. Frustrated by the entire experience, I left the uneaten foot-long tuna sandwich and the unsatisfying carbonated water on the counter. Sadly, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment to anyone seeking fresh and enjoyable food. The lack of concern displayed by the staff was disheartening, and I strongly believe that a thorough inspection is necessary to prevent potential illnesses among future patrons.

This is by far the nicest and cleanest Subway I’ve seen yet, and the line is set up immaculately! It doesn’t look like things were just thrown into the bins, they actually take the time to lay it out and make it look so lovely. The service is fantastic, as well, and they are always so kind when I come in. I’ve only gone in during closing period so far, and whoever works the shift does a damn good job! Everything always looks so perfect and is a fantastic environment.

I wish I can give negative stars. Not enough portion of veggies. Didn’t toast bread at applicable oven settings. Very bad build quality, things came out on taking sandwich in hand. Only cut through top half, bottom half was uncut.

Me and my brother went here for dinner tonight and were helped by 2 workers who couldn’t speak English in the slightest bit. Not only were they extremely rude and aggressive because we couldn’t understand their thick Indian accent, but all the toppings and vegetables were also disgusting and old. Will never be going here again and I really hope I don’t get food poisoning.

Worst mistake stopping here for the first time after leaving work. This place has the Worst customer service. Not only will they reject your coupons before even looking at them and claim that they’re expired when they’re clearly not. But they will continue to give a hard time about it even after realizing their mistake. I’m sorry for spending my money there to support your business. Shame on me, never again there. I’ll spend my money on a well run business (not this location).Also shame on the management for poorly scheduling only One person during busy hours. The girl working at around 7:00pm (10/04/24) also had an awful attitude. I’m guessing it had to do with the bad scheduling but she shouldn’t take it out on customers.

I have lived across the street for almost 2 years now. The food used to be good. Over the years the owner has used less and less meat in the sandwiches. They put in a metal covered fridge so now you don’t even know how much meat you are going to get until it’s already toasted. Tonight I had 2 very thin slices of meat all the way down on all of our sandwiches. I couldn’t taste even one bite of turkey. I’m not wasting my money on any more of their bread and topping sandwiches from this subway. SAVE YOUR $$$. I won’t be back.
