Only had old hard bread that ben out for awhile I had foot long tuna didn’t put enough tuma to get to the ends of sub I’m not sure if I’m going to go there again !! It was 15+ dollars for the large combo and it really was awful nasty and expensive what happened to you subway your food use to be good now its expensive and nasty

usually i’m not this peeved by customer service interactions but the girl working today (6/19/21) was going out of her way to be rude to customers. i understand getting frustrated with the job but acting like a smart a$$ towards customers that are putting genuine effort in to be kind is unacceptable. by the looks of these reviews, i’m not the only one upset with her.

The young lady that served us today was the rudest person I think I have ever met in my life. She should not be in the customer service industry. She made the whole experience seem like we were putting her out. She told me that she would have to change me double if I put the cheese from my sandwich on my husbands. Which has never happened at any other Sub Way. She rolled her eye and had a snarky attitude right from the beginning sighing at every request. I genuinely choose Sud Way as a heather fast food choice and have never had an issues with staff. I am a manager of a food establishment and would NEVER have an employee like her working for me.

Horrible service! Came in and the server walked to the back and didn’t acknowledge me and my fiancé. She came back and refused to say hello after we greeted her first. She was very unprofessional. If she didn’t want the job why apply! Subway do better. She was the only one there at about 9:20 a.m. on 5/30/20. We chose to franchise another business so I didn’t get her name.

We stopped at Subway on 9/8/19 around 10:45am and we had the RUDEST girl who said her name was Kelcie (was not wearing a name tag). No one was up front so we kindly asked if anyone was there and she yelled “just a minute!!” in the meanest of all voice at. When she finally came out she said “what do you want?” and rolled her eyes. We ended up leaving. We did nothing wrong to deserve to be treated like that.

Came here at 6:20. The girl that was just staying there doing nothing proceded to say “we are close”. It shows they are open until 7:00pm. What bothered me is that she gave no explanation and was rude.
