Asking for Half of white bread and he didn’t hear right and he asked again half of white bread and I said yes and then he kept moving. Didn’t know what he was doing then put it in the oven. Didn’t ask me if I wanted anything else on it and I said weird usually they ask me to put it in the oven when they’ve already asked what I want on it then proceeds to show me they put him and I said that’s not what I wanted and started yelling I methen you should’ve spoken up, now I have to throw this meat away you know what a waste that is but I couldn’t even see because they had the silver lid to cover up the meat up the window so I couldn’t see.

Worst customer service. I ordered a sandwich through the subway app and got the wrong order. I call the store to let them know, and instead of being apologetic I hear the manager or employer on the phone laughing on the side to their coworker saying “haha you forgot the veggie Pattie in the veggie Pattie sandwich” I found that so unprofessional. When I had asked to get a refund I was told to contact DoorDash since the delivery was through door dash, but when I tried explaining to them that I placed it through the app they should be able to assist me they refused to listen. I called DoorDash to let them know and they told me that I would have to go through subway since I placed the order through their app. I called the store back and again he refused to help and instead started being rude and raising his voice at me. Never am I ordering here again.

I come to this location often but not after today. Tell me how I had a coupon but they charge you extra for using it. I got 3 footings for 17.99 and they charged me extra for it so I paid like $25? I had no extra meat or anything. Not coming back here with coupons. Coupons are supposed to help you save money not add extra money. Crazy.

Sandwiches were sent with freezing cold steak, cold meatballs, broken cold chesse that looked like it had been dropped, untoasted soggy bread, and the wrapping was covered in dark brown smears and stains. its crazy they allowed that food to go out and didnt even apologize. when asking for a manager I was told they wont be available for a week and that I could try and stop by sometime after 12 on Monday. I was also told there is a new person and they probably dont know how to make the sandwiches. why take online orders of youre going to send out horrible food. this order was $46.55, this store should not be allowed to provide bad customer service on top of bad food at these prices

it’s been 3 years since I’ve been here, and thought I’d give them a try again, but the service and food was poor, plus the cashier was rude, so it’ll be at least 9 years before I’d even consider coming back, but it’s doughtful, unless there is no other option for me.

I was here several years ago. They took portion control to a new level when I ordered a meatball sub with nothing but olives as an add on. They charged me extra because I asked for more. Haven’t been back so I don’t know if they are still that way.

Horrible place!!!! They actually count how many onions, black olives, or even jalapeños you want on your subway!!! They only put 6 thin slices of green pepper for a foot long!! I should have told them to keep their poor subway and take my business to my usual store…don’t bother going there, they don’t even understand what you ask for!! If i could rate them 0 stars i would!!!!
