I just picked up my online order which is foot long Steak & Cheese and here’s what I got from there.
no cheese and not enough of steak..

Staff was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Request to owner to hire decent staff who knows how to talk instead of saving money by doing cheap hiring. You are ruining your own business with bad customer service.
Staff guy was not paying attention to the request and kept missing several things for 3 sandwiches we had order. This has happened multiple times.
Staff guy with heavy accent thinks that he owns the subway and keep changing the coupon policies and make stories of his own and forces you to buy other stuffs.

No professionalism! Not only did they not have the order ready on time when I went inside to ask why is it taking so long? He’s like it’s “not ready yet”, mind you it’s past 10 minutes with what was supposed to be ready at curbside. He couldn’t even apologize .I Said I wanted a refund there was no attempt to try to make it right or nothing. OK was his answer. first and last time ever coming to this location again. They try so hard to save money knowing weekends are busy. They only have one person working because they don’t wanna have to pay other people. This was the owner who the doesn’t want to hire help!

Everytime I walk into this place, the manager, Rush, never fails to put a smile on my face with a warm welcome. There is never any issue with adding more toppings and the employees aren’t stingy with ingredients like other locations. The atmosphere great, the service is great, all around great. Definitely the best service I’ve received in any Subway.

I placed an online order for pickup, but when I arrived, the order wasn’t ready. I had to wait in line while four other orders were taken care of. The employee gave me an attitude when I questioned why I had to wait when the order had been placed 30 minutes prior. When my sandwich was done, the employee stated I could only grab chips even though I had paid for a full meal. I am extremely disappointed with this location and upset as my order was given incomplete as I was missing a drink.
