I had ordered online, they used wrong bread, I have not mentioned to add spinach still they put spinach, didn’t include side of hot peppers which was mentioned and no one answers their phone. So I would not recommend this place if you want Good service.

Best location in the whole area. Fresh ingredients and they actually make the sandwich how you want them to. The owner is wonderful and cares about his customers. The one piece of feedback is to keep serving until the advertised time. I walked in 10 mins before closing and was told they’re not making sandwiches anymore. Otherwise I’ve always had great experiences!

As a guy that travels for work, I’m constantly going to different locations of the subway chain. This is the ONLY one where everything is discontinued, where they don’t feel like making Italian herbs and cheese bread, so they only offer Italian or wheat. Honestly just straight laziness. Half the sodas are out. Just terrible management and they are blaming it on the supply chain that isn’t affecting any of the other local subways avoid this place.

This older woman worker (guessing she’s the owner) started yelling at me and my husband because my husband had one arm over my shoulder. Yelling in my face saying that this is inappropriate behavior and for us to sit properly. I repeated to tell the woman that his arm being on my shoulder shouldn’t affect her and that we are paying customers. She proceeded to cut me off and call us inappropriate and unprofessional. She definitely lost two regular customers. So disrespectful.

So today I asked for a foot long sandwich and I asked for it to be toasted but somehow it was still cold and then the employee was putting too much lettuce and spinach and then put too less of mayo. Looks like a new employee but do better. Also, had people waiting to order.

Kudos to the three employees working on 10/12 at 12pm. I was in the mix of about 50 high school students in there and the employees were so quick and efficient helping each person. They also lost power for a moment and still handled everything with a smile on their face!
