The service was excellent, and the food prepared by the gentleman working was equally impressive. My main concern, however, is the tipping policy. It is disappointing to learn that the employees do not receive the tips they earn through their hard work, while ownership retains them instead. This practice feels unfair, as tips are generally intended to directly reward the staff for their service and effort.

When they were making my sandwich there was some lettuce that was rotten I had to point it out for them to throw it out. They I Found a black hair in my tuna and ended up throwing up the entire meal in the bathroom. Told the man with gray hair that there was a hair and he said there wasn’t anything there. Then I pointed it out again and he just looked at me and said sorry. That is disgusting….

This Subway has really fresh bread in the line moves quickly. The staff is not friendly but professional. The only downside was the bathroom. It was a total disgrace it look like it had not been cleaned in a while.

I made order online for 2 veggie delight subs I asked the girl could she add egg I do it all the time other subway there’s never a charge here she said it would be extra I said how much extra in which she told me 6 dollars to add egg to my subs in which I told her that’s ok that up charge was a little steep so they proceeded to put egg on my sandwich anyway and told me I had to pay I proceeded to tell him I told her I didn’t want the egg and he said maybe she didnt understand you and I said that is not my fault but I will pay it but I will never come there again he didn’t charge me but proceeded to tell me how they have to pay for it sir I had subs with no meat on them I paid 8 dollars a piece for a breast sandwich with egg and cheese would be the same price and I could have all the same veggies on the sub this subway doesn’t honor coupons either ridiculous very bad service

This location is so weird. The lady working on Sunday 11/14/2021 during the pm basically tried to cheat me out of my money. She was using her airpod to talk on the phone the entire time. I ordered a regular salad with chicken. She charged me $9.99 which was weird. I walked out forgot my receipt after giving her $10 bill came back in for my receipt and it stated $6.35 for the salad. Now the chicken was not added onto the receipt and that was a concern. She stated the button was broken to add chicken. She kept randomly pointing to the menu saying it’s there for the chicken. No, it wasn’t. She then gave me chips and a drink for free and said she was going to pay with her own money. She also took my receipt to “show the boss”. It was weird. A salad doesn’t cost $9.99. I believe she was pocketing some of the money. I reported to the store but don’t think much was done. The food also isn’t as fresh.

Beware of this place. My 17 year old daughter went in and ordered 3 footlong sandwiches. She said they were going to be separate orders which they lady started with an attitude. They were out of spinach which seems to be an ongoing problem. The lady seemed to be bother by doing her job while making the sandwiches. Then when my daughter was going to pay she told her cash only no card which was not posted anywhere. Then She gave her a total without even ringing it up on the register (so you know where that money was going) $38 for three sandwiches. I hate when placed take advantage of younger kids. I will be going back there hopefully other don’t either!

Will never be spending my money here again. again. Brother in law, who lives with us and has a disability and speech problems, went into order, and during the order process, employees were making fun of him. Pointing and laughing at him as they whisper about him. Made him very upset.

I used a coupon, and they tried to cheat me out of that. When I questioned the price, they were scrambling. You can’t see your sandwich being prepared anymore. When asked about that, they made it sound like it was a new law. I was so confused. Won’t go back, Jimmy John’s for life, ha!

Woman working there is rude and does a lousy job making the sandwiches. Literally put two spinach leaves on it. When I politely asked for more she groaned. Terrible job folding the sandwiches. Limited sauce selection, which isn’t her fault but she was angry when I asked for two sauces they didn’t have.
I would chalk it up to her having a bad day, but she’s been this way both times I’ve been here. Will be going to the nearest alternate location next time.
