Had a decent lunch, sub was pretty typical of the chain with no surprises except I thought it was little on proteins – maybe. Facility is clean with plenty of parking. I did buy a meal wanting tea for my drink, I even said it. But then no tea in the containers which sucked – guess I’ll look next time.

It’s good but sometimes the vegetable taste like chemicals and they have ice over them. I can feel the crunch when I bite into the tomato. Other than that they always get my online order right.

On 9/15/19 we went into this location approximately 15 minutes before 8pm, and the one who seemed to be “in charge” was completely unprofessional!
The website said that this location was open until 9pm, so we were wondering why she was so upset that people were steadily coming up to the door? So we even informed her that it’s probably because the website says that you’re open for another hour! And all as I could think was “instead of complaining, in front of patrons of your establishment at that, you should be happy that you’v got business!!!”
But clearly this is an employee that does NOT like her job and wished we would all just go away so she could go home.
My thoughts are…maybe this lady doesn’t need her job at all and needs to be let go! Maybe if she lost her job, she might learn some appreciation for having a job in the first place. Regardless she needs to understand that the remarks she was making in front of the customers that were there, were inappropriate and should be left unsaid or saved for a better time.
Not to mention that in her haste to leave She also put together the crappiest sandwich that I’ve ever received from any establishment.
If you don’t want to stay open until 9pm like the website says…you need to change it!!! Until then, you need to stay open as the schedule would dictate. You clearly had plenty of customers turned away last night, simply because she wanted to go home and doesn’t like what she does for a living.

Really excellent service. One of the best subways I’ve ever been to. All the food was fresh. He gave a suggestion on the sandwich that I didnt even think of and it improved the flavor a lot!!! Really nice and kind. Place was very clean. Loved it.

I waited for a bit which wasn’t bad since there were only 2 people working and one looked like she was making a catering order. My only issue is I clearly asked for light mayo and mustard and the girl didn’t even care. I opened up my sandwich and there’s literally globs of mayo falling out.

By far the WORST subway I’ve ever been to. Little b!tches in there are rude as hell and i showed up early for my curbside order, when I call to let them know I’m outside they claim to still be making it . When I finally get my sandwhich it’s COLD. & when I said thank you to the girl bringing it out she flat out ignored me. Go to any other subway besides the ones in waukegan. The food won’t even be worth the hassle .
