If I could leave no stars, I would. We walked in the door around 1550 (3:50pm) and stood there for 10 minutes without even being greeted. There was one lady standing at the counter ordering and 2 ladies sitting down (no clue what they were waiting on). Not a single word, look,or grunt of acknowledgement (or kiss my backside, for that matter) was cast our way. Like I mentioned before we were there for 10 minutes before we turned heel and left.

Most importantly, they do not take coupons! Once you get that out of the way, I had to repeat my order 3 times, and she still got it wrong. They were out of the ft long cookies and the churros @$2.00 each, we’re a joke. Like long straws. Never went there before and I won’t be going again. The gentleman at the register was the bright spot.

My order was amazing! I ordered a (sh*t) ton of sandwiches and didn’t realize they closed in an hour. The guy calls me bc my order went through in three different parts so he wanted to make sure it was all correct. Was an absolute sweetheart! Sandwiches and staff get a 10/10 from me. Sorry about the late and big order!

I was running a high fever I couldn’t leave my house for precautions because I was so sick l, my system finally asked for food they got the order so wrong ok I take it that I messed a couple ingredients but they still messed up two other ingredients I used door dash because I was sick and the manager wanted me to bring the sandwich in order to get the one I ordered, I told him I can’t leave the house can you give me a different solution? “No the only solution is if you brung the sandwich now!” I’m telling him I’m so sick! I just wanted a few bites of a subway! Sorry will never use their services, you would think they would say..” You know we still messed up her sandwich she is sick! Maybe we will give her a credit for the perfect sandwich so we don’t lose a customer ” they lost me …when we mess up an order where I work we give the money back! Or make the food right, the way the person ordered it! So we would keep the customer!

Thank God I at least enjoyed the sandwhich even though turkey and bacon was supposed to be added to my Turkey Cali Club; dude made me the Subway Club instead! Could have been because he had his headphones in, so I didn’t want to bother him if he was on a call
