Placed an order for 3 six inch subs. The young man cutting the bread clearly did not cut them in half. When the manager saw the pieces she immediately grabbed the longer of the half’s putting them off to the side. Very weak on all of the ingredients had to ask him to spread the mustard, had to ask for more than two little pickle slices etc… I have ordered from subway numerous times just not this location. Very disappointing I paid over $25 for I guarantee smaller than 6 in subs that were soo weak on ingredients!

Location did not carry veggie patties or egg patties. Only vegetarian option was just veggies, which were applied sparingly to the subs. I asked them to grab lettuce from a separate bin that didn’t have lettuce that was turning brown.

It was there pretty late, so I didn’t have high expectations. I am happy to say it was the best sandwich I have had in years. Bread was soft and fresh. tuna was perfectly made. If I could give 0 stars for the experience I had with Michelle the manager I truly would. Not sure how the subordinates under her act more professional then she the “boss” who cockily tilts her hat that has the magnet specifically saying “boss” to the side for customers to see while giving them the worst customer service in history. been coming to this location for years, never had a rude experience until Michelle took my order. Ironically she turned her hat to the side to show off her “boss” magnet on it and come to find out the only employee at the location with the least amount of people skills and customer service is the manager. I truly do not leave reviews like this unless the service has been inappropriate or negligent especially with my toddler son being present while she’s behaving this way. This location has always been successful because they have friendly employees. It’s a shame the overall experience is going down due to the inexperienced manager driving customers away with her attitude. And yes, it’s only her specifically that’s causing literal customers to walk out bc she thinks it’s humorous while being on her phone, subway is going down overall financially if they continue to hire “managers” like that. Do better.

The steak and cheese sandwich was good and I get it all the time but the problem was when i used those drink fountains not the bottle one but the one you have pure drink in the cup there was something in the drink. Although I changed my mind that I will just buy a drink for the bottle.

The female workers on Wauconda place are so NIce !! They write the name of the males on the paper bag !! And litle heart next to the names next time they will put their personal phone number is this a sandwich business place or what ?? Just curious !! Solid food from a solid restaurant chain, not much more to say. Customer service is on par with typical expectations (I’m pretty lenient as I’ve spent a few years in the food service industry myself). But the staff member there was quite kind and made the sandwiches very well. Would recommend it for a nice quick stop.

Ordered ahead & 2/3 of our subs were wrong. This isn’t that big of a deal but when we went back to have the subs fixed & only took the ones that were wrong back in, we ended up having to take all three to prove it was wrong. The blonde girl with tattoos on her neck refused to look at our receipt & was flat out rude. She didn’t even stop to listen to what we were saying. She kept denying that the subs were wrong as if I didn’t know what I ordered. They ended up opening all of our subs to check if they were really wrong, which is ridiculous because I wouldn’t be getting anything out of lying, then remade them after we had to explain how each of the subs were supposed to be. The girl with the blue contacts agreed that two subs were wrong & remade them. Turned something that wasn’t a big deal into an overall bad experience.

Good fresh food’s great service, been there many times and never an issue. Only thing I would Change is they only have spicy brown mustard in the little plastic packets instead of a squeeze container like rest of condiments. Not a great big deal but have to reopen your sandwich without losing half the contents to apply the spicy brown mustatrd.
