I went to this morning to get some food or a soup before I head to work and there hours say 9am to 10pm and they was close. Not ok I was really craving a soup this morning especially on a cold day

I clearly stated that I wanted ranch on my sandwich. The lady had the gall to say “no, you said mayo” after she put a huge pile of mayo on it. I then said uh no I did not, I said ranch. She scraped it off and did a terrible job. It was busy so I didn’t feel like holding others up and annoying them. Anyway my sandwich was gross and the lady was not polite. Two thumbs down.

I have never left a bad review on anyone but Today We went to get 4 foot longs subs at this location but the girl that took our order and prepared it was rude as hell rolling her eyes at us and when I asked if we can get more ranch she gave me an attitude and said I’m out I have to get more from the fridge and I was like can you please she rolls her eyes again sight and mumble something on her way to the fridge from where she is standing putting more ranch on the bottle she rolls her eyes one more time,that’s when I told my family let’s go Im done receiving this type of attitude we didn’t even do anything I could’ve been so patient take your time cause I understand she was alone but I had to leave from there before I talk shii so I told my family to go back to the car because we are leaving. we didn’t do anything to received that service

Did not make a purchase because I was yelled at for showing up at 5pm. This was explained to be ok because the woman who was working said she was going to leave and close the store and I was preventing her from doing so. I have been treated with much disrespect at this location in the past so I have video of this interaction to prove just how bad they treat customers because I am sick of this franchise pretending they can treat anyone the way the wish with no repercussion. There are plenty of other subway franchises and they all seem to have more respect for customers than this one pretends to.

This place is so unprofessional. I got their at 8:55 which is five minutes before they open, and their employee was barely pulling into the parking lot. So I walk in and she tells me that she needs 10 minutes to turn on and get the register system up and running. Ok so I come back 10 minutes later and it’s still not working, she asked me what I wanted as she got her food prep station ready. I guess the toaster oven wasn’t ready either so we waited on that also. Finally she makes my sandwich, in total I spent 30 minutes in there because your employee clocks in 3 minutes before you open knowing she needs time to be ready to serve people once you open. Plus since when is it okay to have a baby in the back? This lady had her two year old son sitting by the register. Also their coupon scanner wasn’t working that day and they had a sign saying they weren’t accepting coupons for the time being, how convenient. I wonder how long it’s been “broken”. Very unprofessional all around, no wonder so many subways locations are dropping like dead flies.

The lady was very rude then not only she got upset because I only had a $20 bill she ask me don’t you use cards I responded I only have cash .
Then When I asked her for a cup for water she got more rude with a rude tone answered we don’t give free water!! It wasn’t that I didn’t want too purchase a drink I only drink water
