Tony is the only reason any Subway has ever gotten a review from me. When we’re in the area again, I will be calling ahead to see if he is on the clock and if he is, we’ll be stopping by. He made our visit absolutely delightful and was the favorite part of my daughter’s day.

This location is running what feels like a bait and switch scam. I placed an order online through the official Subway app. The order went through, payment was accepted, and this location is listed as participating in the app. When I arrived to pick it up, the owner said “We don’t participate in that deal, so we voided your order.”

If you do not participate, then why are you opted into the promotion in the app in the first place? It is clear they are using the promotion to lure customers in and then refusing to honor it, forcing you to either pay full price or leave without your food. Many other customers have reported the same issue here.

The owner was extremely rude, did not apologize, did not ask if I still wanted to purchase the sandwiches, and at the end did not even offer a receipt. This is shady and unprofessional behavior that drives customers away for good.

Avoid this location at all costs. There are plenty of other Subway restaurants that honor promotions and treat customers with respect.

I was in the area and going to Ace Hardware, but saw subway and decided to pick up lunch from there and take it with me to my next job.

Well the customer service that I received along with the size and cleanliness of the Resturant made me dine in.

As I got to the counter the gentleman that was working (and I think the manager or owner) immediately greeted me with a smile and a few kind words, something that is almost non existent in a lot of food chain restaurants.

I told him what I wanted and we chatted a bit more while he was preparing my sandwich and he had such a sunny disposition that I would’ve never known that his mother had just recently passed away if he hadn’t told me. That’s how nice a guy he was.

If I’m ever in that area again I’m going back to this Subway. The food was prepared correctly and it was tasty, the staff was nice and if you’re weary of COVID and it’s variants then there’s enough space for social distancing unlike most Subway restaurants that you would typically see.

received order confirmation on very cold night..
then as I was next door at dollar store order was canceled.
when I called he said don’t accept the coupons, sorry. he didn’t ask if I wanted my order art reg price… I am live in NB and will never go in again and warning people .. dollar store people said they are the worst

I love ❤️ eating subway tuna and veggie the only thing I trust for lunch or dinner out side my house and omg first time in this location I walk in and the owner his name TONY saying with a happy face and smiling Hi How are you very help full amazing Service and the store is super clean and smells so good and for first time give me cookie for free I appreciate you for everything and this is a very happy 15 minutes break lunch in my entire life and they’ve TV to watch cartoons Tom and Jerry

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered online and used the buy one get one free coupon that’s been all over online and commercials. I then proceeded to drive to the restaurant after running errands for 30 minutes running. When I got to the Location I stood at the counter for a while and no one greeted me. There was no one to be found. Then I let them know. I’m here to pick up my order and they tell me that the order has been canceled because they do not accept coupons.
They charged my credit card and still haven’t refunded the money and I never got my food. So they can take my money, but they won’t give me food. It seems like every time it comes to ordering from a subway there’s always some kind of issue. I normally don’t go there anymore because of the issues in the past, but I figured I’d give it a shot again. Big mistake learn my lesson. I will go anywhere but subway.

We ordered two platters for my daughter’s birthday and the owner made it very seamless. We ordered over the phone the day before and they had everything ready and correct on time. Definitely plan on reaching out to them again.
