Turkey titan was good. As was turkey bacon avocado wrap. Clean store. Friendly staff. Went at lunch and they got me and two people behind me thru fast. Ingredients seemed fresh. I know they don’t take the coupons but get over it reviewers. It’s not like it’s THAT expensive and i imagine the profit margin on these franchises is not great. I took a star down on atmosphere because they had some weird whale music on and it was real loud. Would have been annoying if i was dining in.

I made an order online for pick up. They got my order wrong. I called to complain and was told “mam we made it correctly” . I replied no you did not I can send you a picture. I asked for Italian Herbs and chesse bread – you gave me white bread, no jalapenos, asked for pepper jack cheese gave me swiss, and asked for extra mayo and received hardly any mayo.

I only go to this location. I really enjoy seeing the staff when I come in. The ladies are very nice, attentive, and truly are hard working. The food is good but I can’t say anything past a spicy Italian. That’s all I get when I’m here. I ride my bike here because it so close, and I usually switch between potbelly and subway. Clean store.

Door of the store and google both say open at 8am. Went to the store 5 min before 9am and it was closed.
Update. Went again today at 8:35am to give the location another chance. Door and Google both say open 8am. Store was closed again. No more chances. If this location is not open at 8am as Google and the hours on the door state they should change their hours on Google and on their door. Wasted my time 2 days in a row.

We went to Subway, we don’t go regularly. It’s usually saved for a road trip when we don’t have many options, and don’t want something heavy. We had coupons, so why not?
This location would not honor the coupons. My wife purchased a sandwich anyway, because she is non-confrontational, after they told her they would not honor them. The sandwich was for me, and then I took my wife and son to Panda Express.
The bread on my sandwich tasted like it was 3 days old. My jaw hurt attempting to eat the sandwich. I literally grabbed two pieces of sliced French Bread at home, and transferred the sandwich contents.
Skip this place, trust me.

Unfortunately, this location is not in sync with surrounding ones. Can’t eat gluten so I only order 2 scoops of tuna. I’ve ordered it in Round Lake, Grayslake, and another location in Vernon Hills but this time I had to pay for a full sandwich. No veggies, bread, cheese or toppings! Don’t think I will come back here. Felt bad for my co-worker because he was the one who picked up my order and didn’t want me going without lunch so paid for it. Great Co-Worker but unfortunate the owners don’t know prices of their competitors. Thank you to all those other locations who care!

Food is good, but multiple times I’ve come to this restaurant asking for ONLY salt (many times I’ve said “no pepper”) on my sandwiches and the server proceeds to put pepper. This is a repetitive behavior and I’ve avoided this restaurant because I have a minor allergy to black pepper and do not like experiencing reactions.

Update. Owner came over to ask if we will wait few min and she will go to other store to get us toys. Thanks. Little things get you. Came with 2 kids and ordered 2 kids meal. Why not mention that they do not have toys. I would ordered something else. Total bill was over 20$ for 3 people and main reason for over priced kids meal was a toy. I expect honestly up-front.
