The restaurant is very nice and clean. Usually busy and that is why I go back. But lately I feel like I have to basically beg for toppings and or dressing. I say I would like more in a friendly way and they add two or three pieces more. I kindly say that if it’s extra I’ll pay for it. I don’t understand the need to be stingy with food that I am willing and able to pay for… Please let your workers know that a little bit of extra Mayo or peppers is not going to hurt them… I am paying for it. Please fix this.
Also, my wheat bread is so stale that it was nearly crunchy as if toasted. It was a cold sandwich, not toasted.

Like you call this a sandwich? This is slop. I couldn’t eat cause it fell apart all over me. And I asked for toasted and wasn’t. This place is absolutely terrible. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here unless you like slop. SMH.

This has always been my go to Subway, and I’ve never had any issues. However, this last time was a terrible experience. I placed an order for two footlong sandwiches on the app. When I went to pick up my order, I gave them my name and they said there was no order with that name. I showed them my order, and the order was right behind the counter with my name at the top. I was a little bit annoyed, but I was willing to look past it. When I got home, I opened the bag to find that the two sandwiches had their toppings swapped. I went back to the restaurant to tell them what happened, and I brought the subs and the receipt, but they said there was nothing they could do. After trying for a couple minutes, they agreed to give me two six inches instead. But I paid for footlongs, and I told them that and showed them the receipt. After about ten minutes of just trying to get what I paid for, they rudely agreed. I work in a restaurant, so I’m very understanding when there’s a mistake with my food. But I shouldn’t have to argue with the staff just to get what I paid for. Absolutely terrible customer service, and I will not be returning to my once favorite Subway.

I went to the subway on Saturday 5/13 @12:10. There was a one guy working by himself and it was too busy. Even it was busy, he made my perfect sandwiched and I loved it the way he talk with the customers and making sandwiches .

The rudest staff ever. This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I asked for how much ounces a slurpee cup is and she game me a huge attitude asking me “why do you need how much ounces it is?” And gave me the dirtiest look ever. She told me not to come back to the place and as i will. This is not the first time she has had an attitude towards the customers. She was being rude to my friends as well. I am never going back here again, ever.

Have gone to this store many times. Never been that impressed. However, now I’m never going back. We just walked up with our dogs and forgot their water bowl. The staff was unwilling to help in any way, even after we bought food for our entire family. They wouldn’t even give us a container to pour bottled water into, which we just purchased. Went to Starbucks instead and got free ice water. At least someone cares. It’s sure not these people.
