Trust me this is the best subway in the whole chicago area and surrounding suburbs, I have been to so many Subways, and trust me this is the best of the best, very friendly people, great fresh veggies, meat, and great service. If I were you I would go a extra mile or two, just to try this one out, it will be worth it. Yummy

The owner of this franchise has no clue that he has a business license, or a food license or a safety sanitation training. This location does not honor what Subway puts out with advertisement via email, phone, TV or Radio. Clearly customers are not important. He wants to place additional terms and conditions on to make additional mark up for himself. Even what is advertised on their door, he does not honor. The owner of this store is clueless how to contact their corporate offices. I recommend to avoid this place. Maybe they are on the verge of closing and do not care?

Bread was tough and chewy. Maybe not fresh. First bread option not available. The lady making it seemed to be having a bad day and not at all friendly or enthusiastic. That same energy led to a sandwich that just wasn’t made with love. With so many other eateries around this subway, I would be hesitant to go back

The service is very fast with rarely a long wait, no matter the amount of people. The store has a very comfortable atmosphere; it’s clean with plenty of light and music playing in the background. There’s also outside seating available.

It’s one of the few places that’s open 24 hours in this area. The man working the late shift is a little inpatient, but he is just working fast. Good place to grab a quick bite.

Love that it’s 24h. Always clean and workers are friendly. My only problem is that this location always skimps on the veggies. I ask for extra spinach and green peppers and this last time I had to look for the spinach. I always get the veggie delite so it’s very disappointing to have a sandwich with barely any veggies on it. I may as well just be eating bread.

This is one of my favourite location of subway to eat at always , never had any bad experiences. But today’s visit was very horrible because of one of the employee named CARLOS .
So we purchased 2 foot long subway and 2 chips , but the employee heard 3 chips and he charged us for 3 chips. Tho we made sure with him that it’s only 2 chips. We were in group of 3 people and all of them said it’s only 2 chips and when we told him his mistake that he charged us for 3 he started arguing back and cursing at us in Hispanic because he thought we didn’t knew Hispanic but the truth was we knew Hispanic and he was cursing us. After that he called one of his colleague to do our refund and he started arguing much more. And then when my brother told him that you can’t talk with customer in this tone and language he kept arguing back and his statement was “I DON’T NEED CUSTOMERS LIKE YOU” . So end to this is , if we see this kind of behaviour next time we are definitely going to stop going there and not recommend people going there because we been driving more than 10 miles just to eat subway from this particular location from more than 20 years
