I order sandwiches here regularly, but my last pickup order was an absolute rip-off. They left out half of the ingredients I paid for. When I drove all the way back to speak with the manager and ask for my sandwich to be properly redone, she insisted that it was made correctly and even said I must be “blind” if I couldn’t see the ingredients. I’ll attach photos of what I ordered and what I actually received—judge for yourself.
The manager and staff here are completely irresponsible, unprofessional, and rude. I will never order from this place again, and my advice to you is: avoid it at all costs.

I recently visited a Subway to try their steak sandwich, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
Food Quality and Presentation
I found the steak sandwich to be subpar at best. Despite the appealing presentation of the ingredients, the sandwich itself was disappointing. The tomatoes were fresh and ripe, the onions looked great, and the overall presentation of the condiments was wonderful. However, this did not translate to the quality of the sandwich, which fell short of my expectations.
Service and Staff
The staff was friendly, which I appreciated, but communication was a challenge. It appeared that the staff did not speak English very well, making it difficult to convey my order accurately. We had to resort to pointing and guessing, which added to the frustration.
Cleanliness and Ambiance
On a positive note, the restaurant was extremely clean and had a nice, welcoming ambiance. The cleanliness and presentation of the establishment were commendable, creating a pleasant environment for dining.
Overall
While the staff’s friendliness and the restaurant’s cleanliness were notable, the difficulty in communication and the disappointing quality of the steak sandwich left me unsatisfied. Improvements in communication and food quality would significantly enhance the dining experience.

I never review fast food, but feel it’s important to warn my fellow humans to avoid this place. The most rude old lady sandwich maker. They put tiny bits of condiments. 2 thin slices of cucumber, 2 teeny tiny slices tomato, barely any lettuce, 1 piece of green pepper. I asked for more saying I’ll pay. Don’t go to this subway!! They use hard stale bread.

The lady at the checkout was super rude and raised her voice when asked her about if she can confirm the bread that I ordered. She was pushing us to leave at 7.30 and closed the door saying ‘ it’s closed now’ though the closing time was 8 pm. If she had said that before we ordered I could have gone somewhere else .

Sad, this place has changed. I ordered 3 sandwitches with an extra (MORE) option for vegetables.. barely got anything… this is 2nd time it has happened. Very disappointing. Number to call is INVALID… so not sure who operates it and what we are eating from there…

I tried the “monster”. I could not find any bacon on the sandwich and not very much steak. It doesn’t match the photos at all. In addition to feeling cheated, it’s taste was OK but not very good. The wife got a tuna sandwich and it actually weighed more than my monster by 2 ounces yet the monster cost $3 more. We won’t go back to this Subway. In general, Subway used to be much better.

The service here is underwhelming. I brought my family here to pick up lunch for an afternoon show at Ravinia. With a picky eater in the family who happens to like Subway, I’ve visited many locations in the past few years. This was the least friendly hands down. You can do better elsewhere.

If there is a closer location to choose from I suggest you go there. The franchise owner here is extremely rude and doesn’t welcome their customers with even a shred of respect. On top of that they’re super stingy with ingredients. I asked for more spinach and they gave me a hard time about it. Never returning there again
