Subway as a whole has become more greedy and overpriced. Protein bowls are a two dollar up charge – in what world does spinach and lettuce cost two dollars more than bread. For the exact same amount of toppings because extra protein is not provided unless you order a foot long for a bigger up charge.
This location is extremely stingy with their ingredients. Pictured cost nearly 15 dollars. No drink no extras. Just this tiny bowl for 15.
Also they apparently can’t manually input their own gift cards so if it doesn’t swipe you’re sol. Lady stocking is sunning back and forth in front of and behind me while I trying to order. This locations just like any other subway, Sucks!

Placed several online orders with this location for work. When I arrived the ladies were sitting down and on their phones. While the food was ready on arrival, only 1 of 6 orders was correct. This was not discovered until we returned to the office. All but 1 sandwich had cheese. The sandwich we paid $3 for bacon did not have bacon. The sandwich that did not come with bacon and bacon was not requested, yet it had bacon. I ordered a subway club I did not eat because there was clearly tuna on the outside of the sandwich wrapping paper and I have a shellfish and fish allergy. I was not will to take the risk of my food being cross contaminated since other sandwiches were incorrect. I definitely won’t be returning nor do I recommend. Clearly their focus is to their phones and social media instead of doing their jobs correctly.

Ordered online and my order was canceled without reason. Tried to call in and got no answer. Checked my account was still charged despite the cancelation, and tried to call again to no response. Suggest going to the other one nearby.
Update: June 24 2022, still never got my sandwich. How cruel to deny a man his meatball sub…
Update: September 9th 2022, I’m so hungry… they have wickedly decided that I will starve.

I ordered my sandwiches online for pickup to save time on my short lunch. It seems as if the employees used this as an opportunity to make the skimpiest sandwiches possible. There was so little meat on both of the sandwiches that I could have given them to my vegetarian mother.
But it wasn’t just the meat, no. The veggies and other toppings were so scarce, the sandwich as a whole couldn’t nutritionally sustain a baby.
I had ordered two cookies along with my two sandwiches. Usually, I enjoy the raspberry and cheesecake cookies that Subway offers. I don’t even know if what I received today could be called a cookie. It much more resembled a shrunken hockey puck, both in size and hardness. And I only received the cookies after checking the bag and mentioning that they weren’t in there to the employee behind the counter.
Avoid this Subway at all costs. Try Asti for lunch instead.
That being said, the atmosphere was nice and I liked the music.

Yall losing out on 25$ per week over 30 cent… bc of poor customers service.
Things have changed at this location. After going in to participate in Subways deal of the day, I’m leaving this location very unsatisfied. I asked for the sub of the day deal.(worker should’ve explained that subway doesn’t have sandwich of the day anymore they have a meal of the day now)Once worker finished making my sandwich she asked if I wanted chips and drink. I replied no. She quickly cashed me out. Then I looked at the menu again realizing subway changed it up and now have a meal of the day. I changed my mind before leaving the register explaining that I would take chips and drink since I paid for it. She explained that she didn’t ring me up for meal deal but for sandwich only at 6.99. I asked if I can pay the 30 cent difference for chips & drink she laughed replying “no” I asked for a refund she said she couldn’t do that. I won’t be back because I don’t like the mind games played at this location. I have spent lots of money here and to be tricked out of 30 cent is insane. If I was going to pay full price for a sandwich I would’ve at least bought the one I wanted like I normally do. So folks BE WARE of the broke games they play at this location and I won’t be back. Going to wood dale location or the one on busse for here on out.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. My subway account was hacked multiple times and I tried calling to cancel the orders and the woman at the restaurant wouldn’t do it. She hung up on me. Horrendous service. Asked to speak to a manager or owner and she said they didn’t have any. Barely spoke English. There is somebody making fraudulent transactions from my account and all i wanted to do was cancel it and she refused to do so.

I Asked for manager and technically she is manager. What Kind of manager treats their customers poorly ♀️. Not worth going. Charges you a lot just for a tiny bit of vegetable.

The food is disgusting!! My daughter became ill twice. This is my final visit to this location. The new management is terrible. Poor service, food, and atmosphere. My daughter had been vomiting up and posturing since she ate at the restaurant. I would not recommend the new management to anyone. They knew the bread was bad still served to us. Not good.
