The people weren’t helpful. The sandwich was not made to expectations. Order was clear about amounts of mayo and onions and it’s loaded. Also, there’s only 2 pieces of meat in there, it’s mostly veggies and mayo. I asked for these toasted and they aren’t. Gross. They aren’t honoring the buy one get one half for the foot longs unless you order online. Refund?

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
If I can give a zero I would. I came in for a chicken strips on a flat bread today (2/8) around 1230-1245pm. I got back to the office to eat my food and what do I see on the outside of the flat bread.. MOLD! I CALLED I was told to bring it back and I said I will come after work to show them this disgusting food. I come in this woman said well that was the day shift and I can’t do anything for you. That I would need to come in the morning. I said well I’m not doing that and I’m glad you know I just waste time and money. Check out the pictures gross ( no that’s not spinach flat bread or spinach)

Had to pick up a DoorDash order from this store. When I arrived, the store was empty. The employee starts making my delivery order after I tell him who it’s for (took me 7-8 min to drive to the store so I expected it to be at least started). My delivery order is for 2 subs. After he makes the first sub, another customer walks in. The employee proceeds to push my sandwich aside and assist the person who came in after me for a good 8-10 minutes. When I asked why he did this, he said that the manager had directed them to prioritize walk-in orders. I explained to him that I completely understand that, but if he would of just took the extra 2 minutes to make my second sub, I would have been on my way and happy, and my customer would of been happy. But now he is holding me up and delaying a paying customers order in expense of another. In response, the store employee seemed very disinterested in what I had to say and brushed me off. Very bad customer service. Management needs to prioritize ALL paying customers orders. It’s unfair to people who paid all the extra money to use a delivery app. Do better.

Came in a little before 6pm. The guy said he can’t help us, even though they don’t close till 6:30pm. I asked why and he asked us how long we’ll take, which I’ve never been asked before. He was very stingy with ingredients. The avocado spread he had on the counter had gone bad. The soup was very watery and the cookies we had were stale. Avoid this location. You’re better off going to the Subway in the Shell gas station down the street.

The owner of this place would be very upset to hear that their employees close down the store at least 5-10 minutes before the store actually closes. I was standing outside for about 15 minutes wrapping up a phone call, and I walked into the store to find that all of the food and everything has already been packed away. This was 5 minutes before it closed at 8:00 on sat 5/25. This means they had to have started packing all the food for the night at least 10-15 minutes before closing. That is not right. Also why didn’t he come outside to let me know he was closing early when he clearly saw me walking around the front door for 15 minutes?

Ended up leaving without food. The sandwich I wanted was supposed to come with SLICED avocado. I stopped the employee when I saw her putting on this weird green mashed avocado on my sandwich. I asked politely if I could have the sliced avocado and she said no. When I asked why, she told me they didn’t have fresh avocados to slice. So I tried to tell her that I would want something different since I didn’t feel comfortable eating something that looked like paste. She told me I couldn’t get anything different because she had already started making my sandwich. So I thanked her and told her I would be getting my dinner elsewhere.

I ordered the American Club. I did not watch her specifically put on each item as I was picking out chips and answering a text. When I got home with my sandwich I saw there was hardly no meat on the sandwich. There were 4 pieces of turkey, 2 slices of ham and 2 pieces of bacon for a footlong. There were parts of the sandwich that did not even have meat. I paid almost $10 and felt this was pretty unacceptable. I drove back to the location and simply asked for a refund. The cashier said she would not refund because I had taken it home. I did not even take one bite and had returned within about 10 minutes. After refusing multiple times and saying that it was what is standard, another customer walked in and she just ignored me. I left the sandwich on the counter and called a near by subway to ask what should come on the sandwich. it is supposed to be 6 slices of turkey, 6 slices of ham and 4 pieces of bacon. I called the original location 3 times with no answer. This location is fraudulent and cheap. I was never even offered a receipt at time of purchase, most likely for this reason.

A lot of the time the vegetables aren’t fresh, especially the tomatoes and cucumbers. The bread and cookies sometimes are stale. And their demeanor (including the manager guy) changes really quickly when I don’t want add-ons (chips, drinks, etc). They immediately stop being friendly. If I didn’t work close by and had better options, I wouldn’t come here.

Consistently terrible customer service here. If you want a salad, you will literally have no ingredients in it because the lady behind the counter will literally select each pickle slice, each pepper sliver, each tomato slice, each olive round, by the freaking piece. I have never seen a food worker pick food so incredibly and transparently frugally in an effort to save food costs. So incredibly tacky and offputting. And when you ask for her to be more generous with her food making, not only does she not change her course of action, but threatens to charge you extra. I don’t care if you charge me extra; just use your actual hand when putting food into the salad bowl versus using your fingertips. I will never come here again, and I warn anyone from coming here as well.
