The guy making our sandwiches was very nice and helpful, food was great.. but when we were cleaning up and about to leave a man that came from the back was walking out.. he opened the door with his fist and let the door slam close on us. He had a laptop on his left hand and opened the door with his right, was perfectly capable of opening the door for us that were right behind him at arm length. Needs to learn manners and open the door for a lady! Even if it was a man, this is not good courtesy to let a door close on a customer .

I placed an online order at this location. They made one sandwich wrong (when the online order clearly states what should be on the sandwich), and refused to make a new CORRECT sandwich, Then I asked for a side of sauce since that was also on the order but not in my bag, and the lady argued with me. I finally got 1 side sauce, barely halfway full. Unacceptable and disappointing service in every aspect.
