This location always has fresh ingredients and is always very clean. Linda works the night shift usually when I come in and I want the owner of this subway location to know how wonderful she is. I come here after working late sometimes and I always have the most pleasant experience ordering with her. She remembered my order by heart after my first time here and since then I only frequent this location because of her. Best customer service and it deserves to be praised! I hope she is truly appreciated for what a dedicated and wonderful employee she is. Thank you Linda!!

We ordered 2 subs on uber eats and there’s was literally not even any veggies chicken or turkey on the subs. Order October 18 at 1:30 am. Whoever made it needs to be fired.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway and will not be returning.

When I walked in, I was given permission by another employee to get water from the drink station. While I was doing that, this employee was having a side conversation with someone she was not even serving, and instead of greeting me or addressing me professionally, she yelled at me and said, “Next time you better ask me if you’re going to get water.”

I was caught off guard because I had already been told it was okay. I even asked if I was supposed to pay for the fountain water, and I made it clear that if it was an issue, I had cash and was willing to pay. Instead of handling the situation respectfully, she continued speaking to me in a rude and scolding tone, like I was a child. She then told me I needed permission from her, which made no sense since her colleague had already told me otherwise.

What made it worse is that I was actually preparing to buy a sandwich, but after being treated that way, I no longer wanted her handling my food. She later told me to get water from the fridge after already making the situation uncomfortable and disrespectful.

Her colleague even apologized and said she acts like that with everyone, which is not acceptable. I was also told by staff at the hotel where I’m staying that she is known for being rude and that they no longer eat there because of her attitude.

Customer service was poor from the start. I was not greeted properly, I was spoken to disrespectfully, and the entire situation was handled unprofessionally. If this is how customers are treated, I do not see why anyone would want to come back.

Not going back. Thank you but no thanks.

Subway, please review this franchisee.. If the female individual at the counter is the franchisee please terminate her contract! She is ruining your business. The amount of negative reviews on this particular individual is obcene. She is driving away countless amount of customers. I wanted to leave a good review for the gentleman who’s a great employee and makes great sandwiches and has excellent customer service but please terminate this female/franchisee. This is horrendous at this point that she’s tarnishing the subway name. I walk away every time I see her. I left a negative review before and deleted it but PLEASE SUBWAY TERMINATE HER CONTRACT. SHE IS RUINING THE SUBWAY NAME!!!!

The most lightweight sub ever met in Subway. Not tasty, even not hot after toasting. Seems like they try to reduce even the electricity bills.

The lady who we ordered Subway today She was Very mean, Not listening a single word of customer. She was sitting with family members at workplace.

This place is worst.

The server seemed allergic to customer service. We ordered 4 subs online and were standing to get our food ready and she literally told us to sit on the table rudely and not stand on the counter and see our food getting ready. And she didn’t stop at the end e we said her that you didn’t add Jalapeno in our order and she was about to hand over the food she said she was not done yet rudely. Never seen such type of service in any of the subways very disappointed.

This is not about the quality, it’s about the experience with the employee. We ordered 2 footlongs. The person before us asked her a nice question and she ignored him. It was our turn and she must have been having some sort of a bad day because, the sandwiches were almost empty and she didn’t offer to add more at a cost. She asked my hubby 3 times about what he wanted. Then proceeded to ask what he wanted on the sandwich that was coming as-is any way. It’s like she didn’t know what went on the sandwiches or try to look herself and play it off with a smile. She was also pretty rough as she tossed condiments( like she didn’t care and we were an inconvenience), while some of the chicken fell into the salami and she put it back into the sandwich. We wont be returning to that location. And I hope whatever was troubling her so will get better bc we as the customers felt it.

So I went here this morning on my lunch break to get a sandwich, never had a problem, til today 8/15/2023. The lady who stated she was the manager was rude, & nasty & on the phone the whole type when I’m telling her what I wanted on my sandwich, she didn’t understand cause she was talking to someone on the phone & trying to make my sandwich, I also had to tell her to wash her hands, after getting up & just trying to put on gloves, I wouldn’t recommend, this place for anyone
