The manager working in the drive through on 10/3/25 around 12:30pm WAS SO KIND! She saw I was having a rough day ( I lost my cat ) and she offered for me to eat inside, worried about my safety of driving. She had a conversation with me and convinced me to wait to leave for me to feel better. She was truly so kind & deserves to be recognized for it ! Thank you, you helped me have a better day !

Ordered 3 sandwiches online only 1 sandwich was made right. Called store to complain and was told they have a lot of orders and probably mixed them up. Could not replace only if I went back out again. Calling the day manager in morning because the girl I talked to wasn’t even sure if she was their nite manager.

The man knew about the specials and told me about them. Two people can eat during happy hour for under twenty bucks.And three people can eat on sundays for under twenty five bucks

The only thing I get here lately is a BLT. When you order from the screen at the drive-thru, it can be a little confusing because it asks if you want lettuce, bacon, tomato (amongstall the other ingredients)…. never sure if that’s in addition to or not….. once, a young man did ask what I wanted before he made the sandwich. This time…..I got bread with mayo and bacon….. how does that even make sense?

I had placed an order on the SUBWAY® mobile app, which I do all the time and selected use current location so it would route my order to the correct location after I placed the order. I went to the subway in McHenry to pick it up where they told me they had no order so I quickly checked the app again and realized it was for this location in Antioch. I called seeing as though I had already paid for it and let them know what happened and I wasn’t able to get to that location being it’s 30 minutes away. I asked if they could transfer the order to the McHenry location. I was basically told “oh well, not our problem” and they would not be transferring the order or refunding my money. I’m extremely disappointed being as this is place I frequent a lot. Unfortunately, I will not be going back.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Subway location for years and usually leave quite satisfied, but my recent visit was a big disappointment. I ordered my usual Bacon Chicken Ranch sub, but it felt like I got a completely different sandwich this time around. There was barely any chicken on the sub—just a few pieces hidden under the lettuce. Instead of the hearty, flavorful sub I’m used to, it felt more like I was eating a salad on some Italian herb bread.
I’ve always appreciated the quality at this location, so I’m not sure what changed this time. Hopefully, this was just a one-off, but I left feeling really let down by how skimpy the ingredients were. If this keeps up, I might have to reconsider coming back. Very disappointed with this visit.
