Went in around 3pm, worker was on the phone cussing away, went to go make my order with his phone in hand. Not sanitary at all. Was hitting his vape in the lobby while we were eating our food. He was very disrespectful and rude to me. Not impressed

Our sandwiches were delicious. However, I felt that the female making our sandwiches was hindered from being friendly by the male who was standing there joking and hardly helping. I felt she was intimidated by the male and could have performed better had he not been flirting with her.

Disgusting service. My mother walked in there and the man working there ignored her and would not wait on her. Completely rude and outrageous behavior from somebody working in the service industry. Whoever this man was, working at 2:11 pm on 10/10/25 needs to be retrained and taught how to treat people with basic respect and human decency.

The workers are so friendly here, I come here alot and bring a lot of people. But every time I go in it’s ice cold. Even at 9:00am it’s like 50 degrees in there and the ac is running full blast. I feel bad for the people having to work there, not sure if they get to wear jackets or not but I was wearing a light jacket and it was still cold. Hoping for everyone’s sake they can turn down the AC.

Our order was wrong. I ended up getting olives on my sandwich and no toasted bread for either of the sandwiches. They thought that 2 cookies were enough to substitute a foot long cookie for $5:90. When I called to discuss this, they did not pick up.

Walked in at 7 pm. to sit down and eat. I opened the door, and the girl working there was mopping the floors and just stared at me dumbstruck. No greeting or anything. I asked if they were open so I could sit down and eat since they’re open until 9 p.m., and she said no. I walked out. Seems like this girl just wants to close the lobby early when she isn’t supposed to, so she can go home early. Terrible customer service.

DONT WASTE YOIR TIME GO TO WHITEFISH OR KALISPELL I went in last night approximately 7pm, ordered a meatball sub. Also asked for light sauce but that’s besides the point. The girl behind the counter puts 3 meatballs on my sub and runs out, turns to her co worker and asked if the other thing of meatballs in the microwave were cooked, he shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know, they proceeded to pull the meatballs out of the microwave feel the sides of the container and say that it’s fine. I said I don’t trust that please temp it or check one of the meatballs in the middle to make sure it’s heated all the way, they looked at me completely ignored me. I let it slide came home and my meatballs were half way frozen, not to mention the mountain of marinara when I asked for light sauce. It’s the cold/frozen food that gets me though and no one wanted to check and make sure it was okay to serve. And not one person washed their hands after touching the register and handling money. Workers just stare at you when you walk in until you ask for something. They don’t know their menu, as my friend and I both ordered something that was supposed to come with double meat and both of our subs had a pathetic amount of meat even for one serving.
Watched the girl go from touching the register with gloves on back to touching a lady’s sandwich without switching gloves. Environment is dirty and unpleasant customer service. Overall a disappointing experience.
You pay for extra of something to not even get a normal single serving amount.

Worst service and sandwiches I’ve ever eaten at a subway. The little girls were extremely rude one girl had shorts so short she looked like she was only wearing a shirt which is gross working around food, she had horrible customer service skills saying things like what do you what throwing her arms out like what. She was glaring at my whole family i caught her giving my 70 year old mother the worst look ever. They were out of all the condiments and had run and go get stuff the bread was stale, dry and flaking apart they hardly put mustard mayo and oil and vinegar which made it more dry. They gave 3 cups of sauces with 1 tiny squirt of dipping sauce for 4 roll ups kept running off as we were trying to pay. Didn’t catch her name but very young brown hair and really bad attitude. Worst 70$ spent she should be fired for how she treated paying customers with manners. Will be calling the manager. Save your money on this subway go elsewhere. Would give zero stars if I could. These girls need to be out of there and this place needs better management.
