I bought a snack wrap today. I was told i could not not change it, that was fine. I asked for a pich more lettuce. The manager with the long ponytail ingored me, so i asked again. He straight up said NO ! i was told i could only take away from wrap and cannot have anything added. Um i wasnt adding anything. I just wanted a tiny bit more lettuce. The guy was very rude to me in front of people. I should have refused the wrap after that. I ussually give 5 dollar tips ! I will never go to Polsin Mt Subway again. I will not give up my hard earned money to such a disrectful business. You lost a real good customer. Youve lost people close to me. They are disgusted with the manager (guy) with long ponytail.
Your customer service skills suck

We came in to get dinner at 7. They don’t close until 10. You would think we accidentally kicked Jason’s prized possession on our way in, the greeting was non existent and we could immediately tell he was in a bad mood. Get a new job if you don’t want to serve people dinner. Idk if the job posting for Jason’s position lied to him that he’d be swimming with dolphins all day, only to find out he’d be building sandwiches for people, but he seems very disappointed with his own life choices and someone wants to blame each customer because he accepted a job at Subway. Dude is super rude and condescending. He appeared to show the same disdain for his coworker, who was lovely and helpful, as he has for the customers. There were 2 of us leaving and one of us said thanks for the food, and he yelled at the other one of us “what, no thank you, no goodbye, no nothing?” like he wanted a prize for being the worst sandwich maker on Flathead Lake. Not every person in a group needs to thank you, my guy. And with the sandwiches you threw together and the attitude the whole time, one thank you is too many. Find somewhere else to work so people can get their meal without the side of condescension.

Walked in a couple hours before closing to order sandwiches, the older woman working was an absolute delight! (Sorry I didn’t get your name but I think you were fairly new and still training). Jason on the other hand was extremely RUDE and off putting! During the whole interaction he was rude and had attitude all while huffing and puffing n breathing loud because his co worker was reading what ingredients go on what sandwich while she made them. He then asked what if like on the sandwich to which I replied chipotle sauce, and he threw his hands in the air n said we don’t have it! Then proceeded to turn around and grab a full bottle of chipotle out of the little fridge behind him. After the sandwiches were made he got mad that we didn’t tell him good bye after one person in our party thanked the two for the sandwiches…..sounds like Jason needs to be terminated or trained in customer service cuz he’s got A LOT of bad reviews…..do better subway!!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to for this experience and clearly I’m not alone based on other reviews. I was having a good day and stopped in for a wrap (which was good) but the service was very disappointing. Jason was rude and condescending. When I was asking for tomato on my wrap he didn’t say anything so I repeated myself and he then gestured at the ingredients in front of me as if I was supposed to see and know that they did not have tomatoes.. granted I noticed that there wasn’t any in front of me but I figured they had some in the fridge behind him or in the back. (How am I supposed to know) He then said “if I had any they’d be right here” in a condescending way. He simply could have told me that he didn’t have any tomatoes instead of being rude, he was also being testy with his colleague who I believe was Dez, who by the way was a great help and was friendly to us. Jason also told another customer in front of me that he needed to speak up (also in a rude manner) I think Jason needs to consider a different career away from customer service if he can’t show some patience and kindness. It really is that simple I was trying to be friendly but there’s no reason to be a dill weed when your job is based around customers. Hopefully someone in charge reads these reviews and talks to him.

Showed up at 9:06 pm on a Thursday, closing time is listed at 10 pm on Google maps and their front door. Jason was not excited to see us. We walked in and he walked into the back. Came back up front after 5 minutes. Ok, that’s fine, just awkward. Ordered our sandwich. Just very abrupt and off putting interaction. I was asked if american was OK, I said “that’s perfect.”. I was then asked if that meant yes. yeah man, its more of a yes than your unprofessional demeanor and communication skills.
Ate in the dining room, which was clean and well lit, totally fine part of the experience. But soon after sitting down, Jason was rolling up and collecting floor mats, they were both very loudly tossed onto the floor behind our booth, fine, I get it, its the closing procedure, but its only 9:23 man and it was startling.
Female behind the counter with Jason was very personable and polite. Thanked us for eating there. I did not catch her name or tag and I apologize for that.
One minus for the facility is there is no bathroom on site. On one hand, it would have been nice to wash my hands before eating with them, on the other hand, I could only imagine the fervor and enthusiasm Jason would have attacked them with.
After gathering our food and sitting we began to look at other Google reviews and it appears our experience was mirrored by others.

It’s not often that I write reviews, but this experience stuck with me and I wanted to make sure Miles got the recognition he deserves.

A few days ago, I stopped in near closing time. Miles was working the counter, and from the start, he just had this positive, can‑do attitude that stood out. We were chatting while he made my sandwich, and he started asking me if I’d ever tried certain toppings or combinations. I laughed and told him, “You’re the sandwich artist — I’ll let you take the lead.”

He put together a sandwich similar to what I usually order but with his suggestions, and honestly, it turned out amazing. The whole interaction felt genuine — you could tell he actually enjoys what he does, which is rare these days. He even mentioned that he had stayed later than planned to help the team out, and that kind of dedication is worth recognizing.

I kept meaning to write this review because good experiences deserve to be highlighted just as much (if not more) than the bad ones — and Miles absolutely deserves the acknowledgment.

Mary M. is by far the most competent and reliable Subway worker I’ve ever encountered. She was kind and patient while training, what I would assume, were new hires. The line up of people while I was in there on 02/25/2023 was very long and she handled everyone’s order with care and took the time to be specific and precise. I cannot say enough about this wonderful woman. A true sandwich artist and an exceptional human being.

My husband and I arrived around 9:05pm. We were aware they closed at 10pm but figured we had well enough time. Immediately we were contacted by Jason behind the counter. His customer service or lack there of was horrible. His side remarks and eye rolls were very rude and unprofessional. He had Zero care for us as customers and for his job. Literally throwing our subs together. He couldn’t have made it more obvious that we were bothering him coming in 55 minutes before closing and counting down the clock for us to leave. You have very stiff competition with other sub shops and you would think you would treat the customers you do get in the door with Excellence. Jason needs to go back to customers service training before you lose more customers.
