Waited after ordering online pickup for an extra ten minutes, two sandwiches. No rush. Three walk ins were fully helped before my sandwiches were even finished and I get home to find this monstrosity. The manager decided they should leave instead of helping who I only could assume shouldn’t be doing this alone or at all at the very least. This used to be a nice subway. So I’ll do my five minutes of surgery to fix a sandwich I paid way too much money for. Took to wrappers to close this garbage up. What a joke

The little boy with a mustache and a beard that was working today (he didn’t have a name tag that’s why i’m calling him this) took probably ten minutes to get me rang up for a medium drink and a cookie. i went in last week and he was working so i know this can’t be his first day. i have always loved this subway so much and the food is amazing, but i just think this is unacceptable and he needs to go!

I like the subway it’s good there the employees are cool and nice and they get my orders right but if they didn’t get my order right i would care less because the employees are nice there their cool the atmosphere isn’t that bad

Deb you are a horrible person to be up front making sandwiches I get that you were busy but your comments and demeanor are truly unacceptable. I hope they review tapes and I hope those tapes have audio and if they do I’m going to guess you won’t be working there much longer. Everyone else that’s working was fine. Came in about 1ish.

Was really good food. Went in when it wasnt busy. Got the gluten free bread for my son and I. I asked the gentleman to change gloves, the older lady was extremely rude and acted inconvenienced. The young gentleman was super kind and understanding. Older lady wouldn’t give us the time of day after that.

It’s old design was better than what is is now. But I can say the sandwiches are good for what they are. I have also heard that the new manager isn’t as good as the old one. That’s not from bias it’s from multiple sources.

Clean, organized, with access to delicious, quick meals. They have a variety of 3 soups daily, always have cheddar broccoli(gluten free). I bought 8 oz soup and 6 inch cold cut sub to go(they are made to order)
