I deliver food and these guys will not even acknowledge you, they will let you walk out missing food, drinks, chips, and almost laugh at you while you look confused. Go to any other subway where they don’t employ a group of trash bags just itching for a “smoke” break.

I ordered my usual chicken salad and my husband ordered tuna. The amount of chicken and tuna on our sandwiches was non existent. Worst sandwiches I have ever had from subway. I used the app. Maybe that is why. Plus we ordered the meal with the tuna. No drink or chips. Will never use the app again and probably not that subway. Very disappointing.

This is one of the best Sub in the Helena MT. I have visited multiple times this place. The people at counter are very responsive and customer friendly. They use very FRESH BREAD which add more taste with double cheese. Lot of parking area around the store. Nice outside view from inside through glass windows. I really like this place. Fantastic people, Fantastic food. Here you get whole egg omelette for your sub if you are non vegetarian. This is one of the most liking part here. I don’t know about bad reviews. I feel very good service here

My oh my props to the single young man that I have seen countless times now, alwyas working by himself behind the counter as well as keeping everything clean and running smoothly! Nice job young man. I dislike feeling inclined to leaving 4 stars though, food was made to perfection by the young man, and his service skills are impeccable! Tidy and fast while mainting that bond to each and every customer over what and how their sandwich is being made! But the 4 star review must be left becuase i feel this young man is being overworked running this whole restaurant most nights a week! My last star would return given he has some workload taken off his back with another employee working alongside him! I have never once seen a subway with only one worker on staff other then this Sanders location, but props to that young man for holding his own and running the place the best he can!

Food and service was great. BUT, this place was filthy dirty at 9:30 a.m. Tables covered in crumbs, floors had food all over, bathrooms , window seals full of “stuff”. How they pass a health inspection is beyond me.

I brought a college soccer team with 22 players here. I called ahead to let them know we were coming. They killed it. The subway team members made all of our food quickly and accurately. They were super friendly. I would recommend the spot to anyone. We will be back.

This was the most disgustingly dirty store I’ve ever stepped foot in. Food all over the floor, tables and chairs. The door and windows were so smudged with fingerprints I had a hard time wanting to touch the door in order to get out. Watched the one kid handle the money and then without changing his gloves, dove right back in to making sandwiches. The sandwiches were small and after telling a family member of how disgusting and dirty the store was, she threw her sandwich away Needless to say, I will never visit this store again. Whoever owns and operates this business, clearly could care less about instilling confidence that their customers won’t end up with food poisoning or worse. Just gross.
