Just ordered at Subway in Walmart. This is my 2nd time at this location. This place has the worst customer service, no greeting, just what bread do you want. Super rude an mean staff. Said I would like two of the $6.99 Sunday Spicy Italian deals. The guy said no, can’t do that sandwich for $6.99 deal…what do you want, ham, turkey, pepperoni. I said I want the Sunday deal that’s on your giant sign right there…he said no can’t do that. I said why, then another employee said yes we can to the rude guy, it’s Sunday! Rude guy said oh it’s Sunday. Then they started asking what ingredients I wanted, I said exactly what it says on your website, they said we don’t know what it says. This place and the staff should be absolutely ashamed of their process and behavior. I will NEVER return here…shame on you Subway!!!

The two gentlemen that were working the night of 30 July were very rude and acted like they were super stoned teenagers our food was disgusting. Our order was messed up when we called to get it fixed. They told us sure come on in. We’ll fix it even though we only gave you half your order when we get there they made us wait in the line after telling us that they would remake the order. The sandwich was ice cold, and it was supposed to be toasted and a steak sandwich as you can see there is no steak !! Refused to make mine over Sean and Ethan shame on you I’ll be calling the manager!!

Three in our group, I asked for white bread, Tyler assumed all of us wanted white and got upset when the others wanted different bread. Actually tossed the other two white bread back. Out of meatballs so ended up with just one other sandwich. Dil ordered chicken with avocado, Tyler waited until everything else was added to sandwich and then informed us no avocado. Very rude and acted like we were a bother. Won’t be back

Subway is not what it use to be. My review is for 2 out of the 3 Subways I have been to numerous times. The bread is the same size and the meat is less. I take my Subway home and add to it. The olive flavorless from no brine in the pan. Lettuce has rust to brown ends.This would have been a 2 star review if it was not for the customer service. I like my sub made a certain way and the counter people are usually very accommodating so I don’t end up with a soggy log of bread with meat and cheese with condiments.

I ordered the spicy nacho chicken on Italian herb and cheese bread. They charged me for the extra cheese added one slice and in the description it says double cheese. It’s not supposed to be extra. The chicken was cold. They got sauce all over the outside and made the bread soggy. This is dumb I paid 10$ for the nastiest sandwhich I ate a few bites through it way and left

My daughter and I went to Subway like we always do on Friday. My daughter’s order was wrong. She ordered an All American and got a turkey wrap. She ordered a footlong cookie. The cookie filled a little over half the box and was topped with baked ham. I ordered a footlong nacho. She asked me what i wanted on it. Then she said no substitutions! I didn’t know what went on the nachos. She asked me again and I said whatever you’re supposed to put on there. Sorry we bothered them

Slow service, dirty shop, imperfect sub
The assistant seemed to be slightly handicapped, and that’s ok.
He didn’t smile or apologize for taking 10-15 minutes to make just a couple of subs but bombarded me with personal questions about my nationality and life in the US, and failed to grill my sub enough (perhaps he didn’t pay attention to the oven settings). The floor was very dirty indeed.
The management may be the one to be blamed. Although it is always wonderful to hire handicapped people, it doesn’t mean they can greatly compromise store experience and the quality of meals. The shop needs one more assistant who will be able to help the shop, customers, and that handicapped employee.

Terrible workers, hygiene was non-existent. tried using a coupon and paying with debit card and was denied because the internet was down, which is fine. None of that irked me, but they way they let a customer, (who also seemed to be an employee of the joint) in with their non service dog in the place. Who was aggressively barking at the employees for trying to pet it drew the line for me. Then stating that the dog has issues trusting men, so she gets aggressive. First off, this person should have been removed from the premise. Secondly, I’m all for training your animal, but if your dog starts becoming aggressive in stressful situations that YOU put them in, maybe you shouldn’t own one. That’s just being careless. Do better, people.
