A little bit about me, I spend an incredible amount of time on the road covering Montana. You name the town pump And I’ve been there and had a corn dog or two. So I have some experience having fast food across Montana. I hate to say it but I’ve had much better, and I hope this helps them improve what they’re doing. Being greeted with a half legible handwritten sign telling people not to loiter is kind of funny. I appreciate the fact that you do not want people to come and sit around filling up the place but it looks like it’s mostly empty most of the time. parking lot is kind of hard to access and the parking spaces are terrible for anyone with a large vehicle/rv that might be bringing in tourist traffic. The bathroom was clean and I appreciate that. The layout of the business is not conducive to social distancing or normal flow, And you have to weigh through any other customers to get to their start point or walk past any occupied tables that are pretty much hip wide apart. Now to the food, I ordered the steak and cheese melt which proclaims that it will have melted cheese this was not the case. And though the employee seemed to act like it was very hot when I finally took a bite into this thing not only were my cheese slices not really melted together in any way shape or form but they were cold in the middle. I simply wanted it to be known that there’s a lot of room for improvement.

The employees at this subway demonstrated remarkable pride in their work, generously adding a variety of toppings to our subs. I would definitely consider visiting this restaurant again.

Cute subway, and I’m not sure why this place has such a low rating. It was clean, the ladies serving us were pleasant and friendly, and it’s in a cute building.
My only complaint was that the bread was a little under done. I mean, Subway is way too expensive for a sandwich, but that’s not this particular stores fault.

I like the ambience at Subway, Shelby! Good customer service at all times. Cleanest restroom in this little town!

Somehow an online order with a teriyaki sub got turned into a steak and cheese? And somehow a sandwich without olives got so many that Italy called, concerned about their dwindling olive supply.

Well, just got food poisoning from this establishment, after being given terrible service and being charged extra for our usual sandwiches. This isn’t the first problem I’ve had, all times of the day especially at night they serve yellow tomatoes, frozen vegetables, soggy and slimy vegetables, raw bacon, medium rare chicken, and don’t forget the flies that land on your sandwiches constantly. They don’t give proper amounts of meats and cheese and when called out for it they charge you extra. Even Google knows how to make these sandwiches!!! The service is terrible and from the looks of the other posts its always the same three girls. One day the owner will say her customers are important to her then the next day have her workers tell you differently. They are rude then when you try to tell them how you’ve been getting the same sandwich for years and that it’s the only thing you get, they don’t care, they have to follow “inventory”. Yeah right, like fast food doesn’t waste food like they just don’t care, just make them how we want!!!
All of these problems started to arise soon after new management and honestly not pleased. I’m not going there again, Conrad’s Subway would be more worth it honestly.

The servers were friendly. The store looked very clean. The prices were not outrageous. The sandwiches were made to order and they were spilled sufficiently. The soup tasted good as well. There were public restrooms that customers could use. Plenty of parking in the parking lot. I believe they also had all of the items available in the store that were on the menu. The sandwich artist was kind and patient to a customer who was not a native English speaker. The sandwich artist was able to make sure the customer got everything on their sandwich that they wanted. It’s always nice to receive great customer service and witness others receive great customer service as well.

Honestly this is my first time getting food since the new owner, and the first thing I noticed is it smells a lot nicer inside and it’s CLEAN! my only negatives are We had ordered online and forgot to put toasted on our 3 sandwiches, so we had called, and they were not very helpful at all, so none of the sandwiches were toasted which who goes to subway and doesn’t toast their sandwich? And I received salt and pepper on my sandwich which I did not request, again called and was given no help, or no resolve. Secondly, when working in customer service when you have a customer come in, it does NOT matter if you have an issue with the person, you DO NOT need to give dirty looks, or be very passive aggressive in your movements. I was very upset to go from hearing laughing, both the girls working looking at me and greeted me almost the correct way, except halfway through dropped the smile and niceness.
I was really believed the new owner would do right by subway and our town, but currently I am not.
Well guess it’ll be awhile before I try again.

Let me start by saying, of all the subways we have been to, never have we had an experience quite like this. The two gentlemen behind the counter didn’t seem to know where they were working. Just as you thought they were done scooping piles of meat onto your sub, they’d add another. Could we understand half of what they were saying? No. Was the sandwich toasted and warm? Barely. Did we have to pay for all our food? Nope. We paid for one sandwich, we got everything else for free. We wanted to pay for the remaining food that hadn’t been rung up, but they said we didn’t have to. While they were making our order, they had a pizza delivered which I assume they ate in the back in the kitchen. 10/10 would come again for the free food & chaotic experience.
