There is these two ladies Tia and a ginger they always rude and send me weird looks whenever I walk in they take forever to make my sandwich the app tells me it’ll be ready at this time when I get there they are just standing around talking while my sandwich sits on the counter when I go up to it they just glance at me and keep talking or they’re always away from the counter where my sandwich is just sitting in the open it’s always done 10-20 minutes after the time it’s says it’s supposed to be ready

I can never order online, therefore I can’t use coupons or take part in the rewards program. I used to be able to, but now they are almost always offline and when I called and asked about it I was treated rudely. And of course nothing can be done about it. I’m over it, I just won’t consider them an option anymore when I want to order out. ✌️

Spend to much time joking around with friends, ordered 12″ Philly with chipotle sauce, cut and wrap separately, 5 miles north of Conrad emptied bag, only 1 wrap not tapped closed, all over my passengers seat “what a mess” and no chipotle sauce, to this day they haven’t gone good on there screw up, wont return calls!!
Been going there since they opened…. not any more…..
Made another mistake I fueled there got to Dunmore Ab had to change fuel filters, pressure dropped by half?

I’ve eaten at 5 separate subways this week. The store located inside the town pump in Conrad is hands down the cleanest AND friendliest store that I had the opportunity to eat at this week.

Such a clean store! And the workers especially Rachel(?) Was great with helping with my kids orders. It can be chaos when my crew of littles show up but this store is super helpful with wonderful workers!
