We usually don’t eat subway because we’ll people just are not friendly. Last night we stopped in to the store at 1600 10th Ave s. In Greatfalls Montana to grab a sandwich right after work. Roland was working he was their closer.
This young man was so awesome! His coustmer service his patients just ever about the way he handled 2 indecisive people was spot on! Such a friendly guy. More Roland’s are what every business needs!
I hope someone from corporate actually sees this and gives Roland some recognition!

When I entered there was no line and an employee poked their head around the corner and retreated. A few moments later someone else came out and ask “what can I get for you bud.” Then they proceeded to rush through the entire process seeming annoyed, making me feel unwelcome the entire time. After they finished making the sandwich they literally tossed it on the counter… I know people don’t want to work these days and they hate their unglamorous jobs, but this is a direct reflection of ownership and their mission. I believe their mission is to hire unskilled, desperate people, at the lowest wages possible so that they can get their owner pockets fat. This is the case at many places these days and just another poor experience at a lack luster restaurant who doesn’t value their customers. I am a customer service expert and this experience will make me spend my money elsewhere. Good luck owners, you need it bad.

Horrible portions. I ordered MORE lettuce, tomato, and mayo, and none of those things even covered the sandwich. Of the three small tomatoes on mine, one was an end piece from the stem. I wouldnt even consider these normal portions, let alone the extra veggies. Very sad. Cant find any contact information, and cant drive back out there to have them remake it. Avoid.

I walked into Subway and asked what they had for $2, the worker said with a terrible attitude there’s nothing. I said so your telling me 3 cookies are more than $2. She said well 3 cookies are $1.99. there was nothing really to select from they all looked hard and aged. I thing this lady is very unprofessional and is not even worried about the customer or even getting to know them. What is Collette thinking hiring people that will push customers away? What ever happened to Mike Carpenter from subway in smelter Walmart? That’s what type of people you need, not just people looking to collect a pay check

Everything was poorly made. One of the BLT sandwiches had a very large onion. I paid for doable meat on a BLT, and received what could be described as a half portion. The flat bread was crunch and stale, like it had been left on a counter all day.

Gave this location a second chance after bad order. Bread was stale (entire top of bun), indicated extra mayo & received barely any. I ordered very early to avoid a lunch rush but it made no difference. The app would not honor the coupons that came in the mail yesterday. What a disappointment! Hopefully owners are aware of the issues.

Ordered on line took 20 minutes to drive into town,sandwiches not even started stood at pick up 25 minutes before anyone said a word to me ,than got told that they lost the on line Order, but I just spent 25 minutes standing in front of your till and you can’t say hi,hello or ill be right with you how stupid to treat people badly, the problem is this simple poor management you can’t say hello or anything and you have one employee with kids in the back room playing and the employee who should be working is yelling at her kids in the back room and the 13 year old who can’t figure out how to work the till shouldn’t be working in a high pace job first job.for the person to out of control and no apologies for lost ticket or the hr and 20 minutes lost over a bad restaurant, poor attitude and and bad management
