The standards used to be great when I grew up near this subway but the stories I hear now are disappointing. The Montana labor laws aren’t being followed and that is concerning. The employees are great but other things are left to be desired.

Waking in smells like heaven. The bread was so fresh! Extremely clean and well taken care of. We were saying to each other it was the nicest subway we’ve ever seen. Turns out it’s a franchise with the owner herself behind the counter. The food was especially delicious. Even for subway.

The employee they have working at this location are rude and have an awful attitude I’ve gone to this location multiple times now and have never had a good experience with the staff, the last straw was getting ignored by the lady at the cashier when checking out and then she got angry when I had to correct her about my order if only she didn’t have such an attitude about it

Honestly after a hard days work I’m too tired to cook. I love coming to this subway because it’s always a friendly environment. If there’s ever a problem they are quick to resolve it. I asked for the young lady’s name because she really amazed me. She was on top of it during a huge rush, with a smile on her face the whole time. Her name was Rilee (may be misspelled) and I really appreciated her customer service this past evening after a long day at work. She is a fantastic worker! Especially under pressure.

Amazing service today. It was my families first time in here. My husband and two kids have a turkey allergy and the gals working immediately changed gloves with a smiling face when I asked. I normally get snotty remarks when I ask for glove changes, but these ladies were great and so sweet! Thank you for treating us so well!!!!

This was like walking into the twilight zone.
The service was extremely slow, especially for having only one customer ahead of us. The staff did not seem like they wanted to be there.
We ordered our food, 3 sandwiches, a wrap and a medium pizza. We were there for 25 minutes.
We do not live in town, and we’re visiting, but assumed that you’d get the same service at any subway, because it’s a chain. We were wrong.
One of the sandwiches was a hot sandwich and was made first, or I should say, was toasted first and then placed on the cutting board while they did other things (for about 15 min.) the wrap was made how I asked, except when I asked for mushrooms they simply gave me a one word answer: “no.” I asked why, and she told me “because they’re raw.” I asked her to cook them and she told me “I can’t do that,” all the while they’re putting raw veggies on my wrap.
Another sandwich we asked for cucumbers and received pickles. My nephew was worried he would make the staff mad because of the situation with the mushrooms, so he decided to not correct her.
Lastly, the pizza was okay, but there was so much sauce on it it was dripping off the sides when you ate it, and not just a little bit. The crusts were premade and sitting in the open air for God knows how long.
The staff seemed unmotivated and disinterested in serving us. The manager did nothing to help the situation and offered no support to me when inquiring about the mushrooms. For a staff of 5, with 2 customers, I found this to be a very weird situation.
When we visit next time we will not be revisiting this establishment.
On a side note, the pizza, wings, and pasta they serve is not “Subway.” It is was a secondary business. No prices or menu was listed. Their toppings were stored with the Subway toppings and their food was cooked in Subway microwaves. I just found this really odd.

We ordered online. One sandwich stated no pickles or cucumbers. They were put on the sandwich. Then drove to subway to get a replacement. They knew they made it wrong and had another sandwich waiting. Got that home only to find out it wasn’t toasted and the chicken was frozen still. Always have issues with this subway. Last time I ordered a pasta dish I got food poisoning. Sick for 3 days. Just not going to eat there ever again.

Showed up 7 min before close. Had been working all day and just needed a quick sandwich. The employees saw us pull up, and ran to the door to lock it as we were walking up. And then turned off the open sign, and then laughed about it. Not one to leave reviews, but that was ridiculous.

Well me, my dad and my nephew came to Subway and we ordered our sandwiches but my nephew didn’t know how to order bc it’s his first time. The lady that was rude and careless towards him didn’t help him or being friendly she was making some ugly faces yk how people make that look when they are sassy or don’t got time for this. But anyway she was rude and not friendly towards us I thought subway had nice workers that helped to get your orders but she wasn’t nice but the guy who made our sandwiches was nice but the lady putting stuff on it was not he was patient and she was not.
