Walmart needs to consider shutting this place down. This store manager is seriously lacking taking care of the establishment.
The place was a complete mess, Trash all over the tables were dirty, they sneeze guards thilthy, I didn’t even want too look at the drink station.
I was over charged but I’m not gonna call and even try getting my money back because this is would be the second time I would have to deal with that lousy manager that just ends up being a waste of time. I like how she also handed me back my change over the tip jar with eyes peeled as if she was really needed the tip she didn’t even make my sandwich.
They have more flies buzzing around in this Subway then they have flying around Walmart. I had a difficult time just placing my order. I took my food home it was not fresh at all which is “eat fresh!” A subway motto which this location seriously lacks. My sandwich was stale and dry.
I’m sure the Walmart employees must feel the same way since they were eating food on their break in the Subway from Market Fresh Walmart Deli.
I WILL NEVER EAT HEAR AGAIN! And No I don’t no free food or a refund use the money to clean up your nasty store and hire a manager that actually cares.

Service was ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS girlbworking named lyla I believe barely greeted me the sandwiches were made fine but she had such an awful attitude I HAD TO BAG MY OWN SANDWICHES she wasn’t super busy either if she had been it’d be a little more understandable but the family behind me ordered a drink that’s it. I get having a bad day but dont take it out on your customers. 1/10 on her customer service skills the food is like a 3/10

There were not enough employees working. The lady making the sandwiches was kind but they had a new employee on the register who overcharged us by making our whole order into combos. They did not have the time to accommodate this due to the fact that there were only the two employees working. We ended up paying significantly more for our order. Not bad food, but definitely not worth the price.

I went in and waited 15 minutes while one service person had his back to me. Supposedly cleaning out the bread makers and one girl facing me getting bread to put in the oven ready. Neither one said hello or Wait a minute or I’ll be right with you nor any acknowledgment except glance up and see my eyes and glance back down. On top of that, the meat and cheese was left open where flies could go in on it. They had the vegetables covered but the meat and cheese with their back turned to the customer waiting to be helped was getting covered in flies. It was gross. When I finally got help she had the music blaring so loud she couldn’t hear me nor could I hear her. I had to lean over the counter to get her to understand. She acted like it was a big deal to be getting my sandwich ready and then got really upset when I hit no tip. When I paid. I didn’t say anything. I didn’t get angry. I didn’t do anything but smile say thank you and I walked out but this is the digital age and guess what? This is a very poor rating at a place I go regularly and would like to get a Subway sandwich. They need to do better, especially since that Walmart is the busiest place in Billings heights. At this point I’m looking for a different sandwich place now and that is disappointing.

The last working Sunday November 9th around 11 was awful. She was rude, sighed the whole freaking time. Worst experience we’ve had at any subway. I almost always tip, she definitely didn’t get one

Ordered uber eats. Sandwich was ordered with x2 meat plus extra bacon and double cheese. Be warned, if you order online, the workers don’t care. This bacon is literally raw as you can see in the picture. On top of that we simply didn’t receive a cookie or chips that we paid for. Uber offered $2 for compensation…

Monica (the older lady) has awful customer service. i asked for a meatball melt (which i thought the melts have specific recipes and bread to use) anyways she immediately caught an attitude and stated “thats going to be so messy” i actually order it online often and its never “messy” but okay whatever. she asks me what bread and so i said whatever the melt comes on and she snapped back quick with an attitude and said “you can get a melt on any bread” okay.. sorry im just trying to order it the way the menu is not being difficult, plus i thought her as a worker, shes supposed to know the menu and what goes on each sandwich but she acted as if i was a huge inconvenience asking for this sandwich and like it practically didn’t actually exist and i was going off script just to bother her. but throughout the entire time of her making this sandwich she keeps saying how “nasty and messy” its going to be ??? literally probably said it atleast 13 times during our entire interaction. and not to mention she burned the sandwich while continuing to go on and on about how “gross and messy” this sandwich is gonna be! and she just kept mumbling under her breath about it i thought she was done speaking to me because she wasn’t coming back to the sandwich part of the counter (even after washing her hands) so i politely said “i also have another sandwich i wanna order” and she snapped at me AGAIN and said “I KNOW IM CLEANING MY HANDS” so at this point im just over the whole interaction because if you hate your job so much why are you working there!?! this is not the first time ive come to this subway and she acts as if customers are just such a huge inconvenience to her. definitely think she needs to rethink how she speaks to people and just do the job you signed up for without complaining.

Nobody greeted as I came in, just weird stares and the girl dipped into the back room leaving the guy to ask me what cheese I wanted 8 times. Very awkward very weird, hardly put any sauce on my sandwich, one sauce ran out and I guess that means there isn’t an extra one ready behind the counter to finish the rest of the sandwich. Seemed like the faves my used napkins w the way the shoved em in the bag, only gave me the single subway wrapping not the white paper as well. Haven’t been eating great, first thing I’ve craved in a long time and they really disappointed me. Any other time I’ve been in it’s been fantastic, those two need to do better. It’s 5/21 @ 4ish, avoid that shift people I guess. Even when what seemed like a manager walked in and said “try not to smile” to the kids cause that’s exactly what it seemed like they were doing.

I find it sad and amusing how customers here choose to be offended by things that have nothing to do with them. They call and complain to the owner because of a situation that prevents them from living in their own Pleasant Valley Sunday world.
Oh, and BTW, maybe if they actually worked in retail, they would understand why Monica seems so frustrated.

Bek buckles was the worker at this shop He was fast convenient and varied to the point. He loves his job as you can tell and in the future, he has a great responsibility and I hope he becomes a manager someday we need more kids like him in this world to make it better
