We come here all the time as we live right around the corner and this is the best subway here in Billings. We are always helped by Jason and he is so sweet and kind to me and my daughter! He needs a raise, as i always see him working all alone! He does such a great job and great customer experience. Highly recommend!

Great sandwich but the poor kid ‘Hayes’ behind the counter was all by himself at dinner rush trying to keep up with at least a dozen customers He did well , 6 stars for the kid hanging in there like a champ. I nominate him for employee of the month Let’s get him some help Subway … or at least pay him double for doing the work of a whole crew by himself .

Stopped here on our road trip back to Utah tonight and we were helped by Jason (I think that was his name around 8:30pm) He was so friendly and helpful with our 4 kids- such a good experience when we’ve been driving for 10 hours and just need a quick break to eat. Highly recommend

Placed a mobile order. Picked up the order and arrived at home to find out the instructions to make my two sandwiches were not followed. Took back to the store and the lady wants to argue with me she made it correctly. Whole hour wasted and no sandwiches. She would not remake them.

Always good to me. I really enjoy the meatball with cheddar and parm toasted. Update 1/31/25 this subway is outstanding, just amazing staff. The manager and assistant manager are great, all the staff. They are polite and make your sandwich with respect.

Would love to give review but management don’t know how to count change for a $50 bill. Went to get change and Jersey Mike’s Subs had no problem accepting large bills. Sort of glad subway can’t count. Was my first time at Jersey Mike’s. It was actually really good.

Was not friendly when we walked in. Then we ordered and they did not listen to what we wanted on our sandwich and had to repeat ourselves multiple times and forgot to add what the sandwich was supposed to come with. Then we were not given a receipt when asked for one. Will not be going back!
