I went to order online tonight and was forced to update my app. I got my order in just a few minutes before cutoff. As someone who also works in the service industry, I know how frustrating it can be to get orders so close to closing time. Thank you for making me a perfect sandwich after a long day. Ordered two footlongs online – husband went to pick up and got so much nasty attitude from the employee that he didn’t leave a tip (we ALWAYS tip). Got home and one sandwich had the wrong cheese, no banana peppers and about half a cup of jalapenos and was weirdly wet – not saucy. Other sandwich had no jalapenos and barely any cheese even though double cheese was ordered

I didn’t get a chance to order food here. The touch screen drive thru sign is janky and not responsive. There is even a sign advising people that it doesn’t work correctly. I can’t imagine the difficulty patrons have with this in the winter or in the rain. This is an added level of frustration most drivers do not need. Replacing people with technology that make the service worse cannot be excused. It means you do not trust your employees and you do not respect your patrons.

Sandwich was “the outlaw” there was so much sauce squirted onto my sandwich I couldn’t even taste the meat or ingredients and I DID NOT ask for extra sauce. This is the second time they have overdone sauces on a sandwich i’ve ordered. There are much better sandwich places in billings I suggest going there so you won’t have to throw your sandwich away.

Don’t go in here if it’s past 8:30pm when they close at 9pm. I went in at 8:35 (and was out by 8:42) and got weird, passive aggressive comments, and a condescending greeting and goodbye.
I apologized for coming in a bit late and got ignored, and I tipped them 30% as a thank you and they were loudly talking about how annoyed with the situation they were in the back as I was filling my drink.

I went through the drive-thru they didn’t toast my sandwich
They lied about our total to get a free tip (I believe on tipping when you get good customer service but we went through the drive-thru and they didn’t even make the item properly) I’m pregnant and just really upset right now this is overwhelmingly disappointing for me and I know I might be having an overreaction I just feel manipulated and disappointed

10/10 great service inside. There was something going on outside where a lady was screaming my name is Elizabeth Courchene and you will rue the day but I’ve been coming here since highschool and the guy that’s there has always done a great job. Thanks Jon

My favorite subway in Billings. Employees are nice and always load up your sandwiches. Order online occasionally, it’s always correct and ready by the time I pickup.
