Weirdly great view for a Subway. They were out of basically half their ingredients when I went. Even their employees were talking about the business going under soon. They were courteous and tried to make the most of a less than ideal situation, so I praise them for that. It was ok.

Me and my three friends went at this place at 2020. This place was amazing. The best Subway to this date. The lady who was working was the owner herself. The night before we came to that place the neighborhood building was on fire and they were only the food place who were open that night. She gave off to her employees next day and she came to work herself. We were coming from Yellowstone craving for some good food and she delivered us the best to the date. While serving she was interacting with her customers too which we believed was a lovely gesture. Overall the quality of food, customer service and cleanliness in the restaurant was top-notch.

About the best Subway shop I have ever been at. The dark haired lad at the counter was serving a lot of people with speed and diplomacy which was outstanding. It does not get any better than this. A real treat.
Beautiful scenery in their western town, great view of the river, and handy to the Northwest entrance to Yellowstone National Park.

Awful customer service experience , the blond girl was offended since we asked her to change her gloves after touching all over and before she is touching our food – legit request as I see it. She decided she doesn’t want to serve us and the other guy asked us to step up the shop without explaining (although I asked to understand what was so wrong about it). Besides that, they were without masks. If you are dealing with food there are some basic public health requirements you need to fill.. If you can’t, change your job.

I’ve eaten a lot of subs over the years, but this Subway stood out with it service. When making my sandwich, after applying the mustard, the young man asked, “Is that enough?” Both of the young men working were polite, and while I was the only customer at the time, both were a their stations working. The store was also very clean and well maintained.

This is a regular subway in all aspects. Nothing special, no fuss, quick bite options. When we were there, they just made fresh breads, so that was awesome. Other than that, there was slight lack of hygiene as far as we can see. No mask whatsoever, but that was true all throughout Gardiner. Same pairs of gloves were used for making food, using the cashier, and rest. But that may have to do with staff shortage. Overall, for a subway, it was okay.

Food is what you expect from a Subway. It isn’t any better or worse and the establishment had the typical Subway smell. However, the guy who made my sandwich was the best; super friendly, chatty, and just all around awesome. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a name but if you’re reading this, you know who you are.

He was literally friendly to every single customer that came through.

Great service, very friendly staff. Sandwiches are great, personal pizzas are very delicious. However from time to time they do run out of some items, due to high volume of tourists during the summer months.

Female employee not wearing mask properly-terrible at her job-male employee was awesome and worked hard

Stopped in at lunch and they were busy and the line moved pretty quickly. There were two employees working. The male employee was working very hard and doing the majority of the work. The female employee messed up almost all of the orders then by the time she got to my us and she said it had been a bad day because everyone says she was messing up so he better not say anything. Well…..she made him a footlong when he asked for a six inch sandwich. She didn’t wear her mask properly and had her nose completely exposed while making sandwiches. I complimented the male employee who was very pleasant and did a great job making the sandwiches and offered to cut our son’s pizza into more slices to make it easier to eat.
The female couldn’t seem to grasp how to put neat on a sandwich and most of it was hanging out. He deserves to work with someone more competent.
