Disgusting . Employee looked like she hadent showered in a week and kept coughing on the food . Couldn’t get onions they weren’t prepped . Toaster did a terrible job barely melted the cheese had to wait five minutes for them to fill ranch cups to give me ranch . Absolutely gross won’t be back

Mobile ordering does give a toasted option for flatbread sandwiches so I asked kindly in the special instructions for my sandwich to be toasted. It wasn’t. I also paid an extra $1.50 for added bacon and there was no bacon on my sandwich.

Food is good most of the time, but staff ar this location have bad attitudes. On more than a few occasions, I have placed orders from 1 and a half hours to half an hour before closing, and the crew will have already cleared many of the items from the prep area, then use sarcasm and other rude gestures such as eye rolling head shaking, or just angry tone of voice, toward to customers just for “inconveniencing them”

Had a mobile order, took forever to get to me so I could be on my way. One employee had a terrible attitude with fellow customers and it was apparent he didn’t want to be there. The other employee got mouthy while I was deciding on what to get to drink. Only reason I go to this location is due to convenience. Tell those two in particular employees to work on their customer service skills.

Such a disappointing experience. It began as soon as I walked up to the counter. The sandwich artist was shaking his head as I got close and banging things around. It was very apparent that he didn’t want to be there. I’ve never seen such a terrible attitude. He kept up the obvious frustration, disdain, and general unhappiness throughout my order. The spread of ingredients on my sandwich was pathetic, too. I’ve never felt so unwelcome.

This is the fourth time I’ve tried to get Subway and they have closed again early. I pointed it out to the gal closing up that the sign says 7:00 p.m. it’s 5: 30 p.m. That’s prime dinner time!

Food is always good, the staff however could use some reeducation on ettiquete. I can’t say for sure what the gentlemans name is as his badge is always pinned to the top of his hat but he always shakes his head and mumbles annoyances when we get in line. If you truly hate your job that much, leave and do something else, maybe a job that doesn’t seem to inconvenience you at every turn.

A worker named Jacey works there and is by far one of the rudest workers in retail I’ve ever had to deal with. He shakes his head whenever you ask him to do something, has a hard time listening to you, and is just straight up rude. My friend was ahead of me and was paying with a card, and he took it out multiple times because he was confused. Instead of explaining it to him nicely, he says “Oh nice, you took it out. You have to keep it in until it beeps. See?” He said this in a really rude manner. Ruins your whole experience here.

This is by far the best Subway I have ever encountered! The staff is friendly, my order is accurate, they are quite clean and I have rarely waited in line. The staff will go above and beyond for their customers when they can. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Mandan area or anyone traveling through. I eat their frequently and have never encountered a disappointment with my order.
