Got this Foot Long, Cold Cut beauty today! I appreciate it because this location is super hit or miss. Have definitely ordered drive thru in the middle of the day when the store was open, and nobody was around to complete the order. Have also gotten some sus subs that I know were made wrong in purpose lol (I get it lol). But I was hangry today, on my way to work and all I wanted was some good ol subway. This sandwich was picture perfect and straight up slapped. Thanks y’all

This was the BEST sub I have ever had from subway. Service was a bit slow but they were busy which I understand and were very apologetic. The only thing that was weird is the ordering screen at the drive through. I knew how to use it eventually, but it wasn’t super obvious that you need to operate it yourself. Very good location though!

The older gent was nice enough, the other 2 ladies were curt and rushed our sandwiches as if we were interrupting them from something more important. I didn’t even have time to say what sauce I wanted on and had to go thru the line again to request sauce. The look the lady gave me. Wow. Another couple had to go back up and had to shout multiple times because the workers were no where to be seen.

I waited thirty minutes for my order, and for what? When I finally got my food, 3 out of 3 sandwiches were completely wrong. Not a single one matched what I ordered. To make it worse, one of the sandwiches had literally FOUR pieces of lettuce—like they sprinkled it on for decoration. The employees didn’t look presentable at all, and there was zero sense of urgency or professionalism. Honestly, it felt like they didn’t care one bit. This experience was beyond frustrating and definitely not worth the money or the wait.

Since drive through had a couple of cars in it, I elected to go inside. Two people were working trying to keep up with drive through and online orders. One of the two workers told me someone would be with me. After a couple of minutes I politely asked if it would be better for them if I went through the drive through. I was told they were trying to finish a deal dash order and it wouldn’t be much longer. While frustrated, the person was polite. A few minutes later, they two workers were able to complete my order. Food was fresh and tasty.

Good was good. 1st employee was friendly while the next employee was less than desirable in customer service. She was short, rude and crumpled the 2 napkins she gave me in her hand as she rang in our food. Table was dirty.

I would not consider this place for a sit down meal based on my recent visit. The person filling our order was clipped and didn’t listen to bell pepper, instead she put “yellow” or banana peppers on. Luckily we caught the mistake and had her correct it, which she was less than happy about. Also she ignored “One strip of honey mustard, one step of Chipotle sauce”. Instead she did two of each, which left the sandwich soggy by the time we got home to eat it.
I have only removed one star because the food still tasted great, it just had the texture issue due to excess sauce. I will still return here, I just don’t suggest going through the drive thru if your order is special in any way as I doubt they will hear it correctly.
