Pop Quiz
There’s several subways in the Fargo area and I have never had a bad experience at any of them.
Much of the time it’s just one employee working and it’s they who are handling all of the orders in the store. All in all I think Subway should get more credit for Providing a super quick meal that is healthy.
I like the meatball sub. Wife gets blt.

I just wanted to give a shoutout the worker that was working November 7th, 2025 during the lunch hour by himself, whoever you are and I hope this gets back to you! You were swamped and still was taking it like a champ! Still had great customer service and with a smile while you were just getting your butt kicked! Thank you for the great sandwich….it was delicious!

Don’t order online for pickup. The manager will cancel your order and you will find out when you get there. There was a total of 2 people eating inside and no one in line but the manager decided to cancel all mobile and online orders since there was only one employee working. Guess I’ll take my business to the 13th Ave/9th street store from here on out, as I’ve never had an issue with that store.

Very poor service tonight. I went through the drive through tonight and ordered four sandwiches on the touch screen. When I pulled up to the window, they tried giving me only one sandwich. I then waited about 15 more minutes for her to make the rest of my food. Meanwhile, there were two 13 year old boys(who were clearly not employees) wandering around behind the counter. When I got home, every sandwich was wrong. There was no sauce on any of the sandwiches. A couple were missing lettuce and tomatoes, one was the wrong size, and was not toasted like requested. The girls working were friendly but between the slow service and messing up the order, I think we will be going to a different Subway next time.

I am a visitor passing through on a road trip but I will say, this subway had probably the worst smell I have ever smelled in my life inside the building. the food had the same lingering pungent rank oder as the resurant itself.

terrible, they make the wrong order every time. couldn’t even toast a sandwich, or get the bread right. had a back and forth because i ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and they continued with chicken. even telling them i order steak she used chicken saying it’s steak. i’m tired of coming to this subway even if it’s close. don’t waste your time or money here they will disappoint every visit

Stopped by to grab a late lunch (approx 2pm). The kiosk screen in the drive-thru was not working. I clicked the button for help and got nothing. After waiting, I drove up to the window where you could clearly see the employee standing there doing nothing. It’s very evident that they do not care about working. Due to that, and other reviews, I opted to just keep driving to grab lunch elsewhere.

Thieves.
Went thru drivethru and ordered on the screen. Handed my card to the worker at the driveup window. Didn’t bother to check the receipt until a few days later and noticed a $5.40 tip was added that i didn’t authorize or even have the opportunity to select. Straight up theft. Now i try to call the store and of course no one ever picks up the phone. This place it terrible. Subway isn’t even very good anymore anyways. i’m done with subway.
