I visited this Subway yesterday (11/18/25) and used a coupon for $6.99 which included a 6 inch sub, chips and a beverage I paid with my debit card and it is always $7.55 with tax, but this time the black guy running the till added a tip without my permission – in my opinion this is stealing. I called today and spoke to the assistant manager, I was told that I must have “accidentally” added the tip —— NOT TRUE…… Guess I won’t go there again

Very disappointed. Ordered online and went into pickup. Two subs were ready to go so I grabbed and left. At home, my son and I sat down to eat for supper and the first thing that I noticed was how extremely little was on this sub. I ordered a 12″ Philly Cheese Steak and there was barely any meat on there. As far a veggies, hardly any, and I had requested extra for some. Pickles… 5 and they were all in one clump. Woke up in the middle of the night with the worst stomach ache. They completely missed the condiment (mayo) on my kid’s sandwich. Not the first time that I had bad food from this place and careless prep. It was a let down.

Drive thru only. You can order, you can upgrade to a $4.59 fountain drink plus chips, but you can’t eat in the lobby at 7pm… because they close dine in at 6 on a Friday!! You know, Casey’s gas station has pizza for half the price, tons of drink options if you wanna sit in the parking lot and eat. $19 to eat on the steering wheel of your own car… no longer a ‘restaurant ‘ just a food truck.

Black guy at the till with the short hair needs to be fired. He refused to make my sandwich. I wanted a chicken bacon ranch with the chicken that has no seasoning bc I don’t like seasoning and he told me I can either have rotisserie or the grilled he said the chicken bacon ranch doesn’t come with the plane chicken and I just wanted the plan chicken never had that problem anywhere. I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich that should’ve taken 5. The sole worker who was there was doing everything we can to get orders out, but he clearly had additional tasks to do. which could not be done while also helping customers.

I ordered using the app two hours in advance because I knew I would be crunched for time around lunch. I wanted to just grab and go. Watched them make the line kf peoples food before making mine. I waited for 15 minutes after my food was scheduled to be picked up.

Wait 20 mins in line again today. They prioritize door dash and online orders over people standing in the restaurant. I get a 30 min lunch break! I dont want to spend it standing there watching you make a sandwich for someone that isnt even in the buildng! What the heck! I probably wont give this place another chance..that’s horrible customer service.

I stopped going to Subway quite a while back.
Not too long ago I had a coupon so I tried it out again.
There were so many great updates.
I WENT INTO THIS PARTICULAR SUBWAY

Steve was especially helpful. Like I said I had not been in one for a while. There were so many new choices.
I absolutely love the new rotisserie chicken. And now that they are slicing their own meat it is much better.
Also I had a rather unique situation of trying to keep my sandwiches cold for a few hours before I got home.
Steve totally set me up so I felt very comfortable that my sandwiches would be great even though they would be in the car for a few hours.
I just want to give kudos to Steve and Nathan for great customer service.
They are keepers.

Stopped here to get a 6 inch turkey and ham sandwich. I had a subway coupon that said ” get a 6 inch for $3.99″. Came to pay and young clerk wanted to charge me almost $7. She said it was an up charge for the ham and the coupon was good for 3.99 off. That it does d not mean what was written. Couldn’t get it through her head that it said a 6 inch for 3.99. I left the sandwich there. It is a matter of principle. They could have gotten somewhere over 4 dollars instead they can toss the sandwich. I have used that coupon at that location and others. First time for everything I guess.
