06/03/23 1:20 pm. Pulled up to the drive thru. Made my order on the kiosk. Waited a few minutes in line until the car infront of me went on its way. I pulled up to the window and sat there for over 15 min, no joke. Worker didn’t bother coming to the window at all so fortunately I hadnt paid yet and finally left. I waited so long thinking he’s busy but when I pulled away I seen no customers inside the store. Not sure what was going on but to let customers sit at the window w no word for 15+ min is just a waste of ppls time. There were 2 cars behind me when I left… I hope none of those ppl were on their 30min lunch break. They might end up skipping lunch and waiting at a window for nothing

Very poor service tonight. I went through the drive through tonight and ordered four sandwiches on the touch screen. When I pulled up to the window, they tried giving me only one sandwich. I then waited about 15 more minutes for her to make the rest of my food. Meanwhile, there were two 13 year old boys(who were clearly not employees) wandering around behind the counter. When I got home, every sandwich was wrong. There was no sauce on any of the sandwiches. A couple were missing lettuce and tomatoes, one was the wrong size, and was not toasted like requested. The girls working were friendly but between the slow service and messing up the order, I think we will be going to a different Subway next time.

I went in today at around 6:30 pm and nobody was at the counter. All I heard was music playing in the back and I even tried saying “hello” I waited like 5 minutes and just ended up leaving.

The few times I’ve been in here has always been a great experience. There’s a gal that always wears her hair in a braided ponytail that is so nice! When I went in 11/9 around noon the two guys working were so nice and had such a great attitude. This location rocks!!! Will definitely be back.

Ordered on the app on 3/5/22. Everything went through said it would be ready by 11:15am. Showed up at the restaurant at that time and the place was closed that weekend. I figured I must be confused, but sure enough on the app it said sandwich was ready and had been picked up. No one was there. Called the following Monday and was told a manager (Bev) would get back to me and no one has. I’ve tried calling daily since I don’t live in Fargo and no one will pick up. Have emailed subway customer service 3x and no one gets back to me. I just want my money back and this headache over. I understand short staffed but I also know how easy it is to do a refund for an app like that as I also work in a service industry that has orders by app available. Help!!

Is the closest store to my house and I’ve never had good service there. They’re slow, unprepared and I don’t recall the last time I saw the TV menus on or working. They were open for 4 hours (1 pm) when I went there today and you would’ve thought they just opened 2 mins earlier

Good food as always. There was one guy working but he was very nice!!! I feel so bad for the guy working though. He’s working all alone all day and running normal sandwiches, drive through, and to go orders. Hope that guy is getting paid well.

This was my second time at this Subway thought I would give it a second chance as the first time the service was unhelpful and made lots of mistakes well this time I have decided to take my business else where it took 20 minute to get to order with only 2 cars deep in the drive through. I got to the mic and was told to wait again for 5 minutes then start to order and ask to repeat 4 times. Then instead of asking if I completed my order just assumed. I still had another order. Then waited another 10 minutes at the window to find out when I got home they screwed up my order. I can’t go back as there are better quality places that take less time.
