Great flow of customers around noon, which shows it’s a local favorite. We ordered the meal of the day (Ultimate BLT footlong) with a drink and 2 cookies—all under $10. Perfect for two people on a budget. Conveniently located right across from the Lead Sanford Visitor Center.

Was staying in the area during the Sturgis rally and stopped here to get a quick meal. I was surprised of how much product that you did not have. Everything I was asking for initially — was said that you were out. I asked for the honey oat bread, and there was none and then I asked about the meatball sub and you were out of the meatballs. The condiments and toppings on the one side looked very old and the tomatoes looked like it sat for a long time in the refrigerator.
I do not like leaving negative reviews, but I feel this establishment could do better and provide better service with quality food in stock and on hand.

No napkins in the bag! And the guy making our sandwiches used the same knife to cut our sandwiches. That would have been fine had it not had Mayo on the knife and it was all over my husbands sandwich then! And he didn’t order mayo on his sandwich at all. You are supposed to clean your knife between sandwiches as I have worked at subway the last two summers! So I know that is proper procedure!

Lettuce was brown, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers were literally frozen. Cookie was rock hard. While i was paying one worker said to the other, “Don’t use that butter, its beyond disgusting.” Why would you say that in front of customers in the first place? Two workers, and another taking a break during the lunch rush.

This location is great in person. DO NOT USE the app for a pickup. Waited 30 minutes in person for a pickup order to even be started while 3 other customers who showed up after me were served.

The young man behind the counter was the only employee on Sunday Sept 2nd & doing a Fantastic job! It was so busy, to include online orders& he handled it all, hustling every moment!

I can’t believe this place is open. I have been a Professional cook for most of my life and what they are doing in here is criminal. Whoever runs and owns this establishment should be absolutely ashamed. They broke over 10 food service laws why I was just in the line to get food. My favorite of them was them cutting seven sandwiches in a row with the same knife without even cleaning it.

Fresh lettuce without any brown/rust on it. I appreciate that so much. So often you see the poorest looking lettuce in places and I won’t want it on my sandwich. Thank you for everything being fresh. Nice people working there too. This is in Lead. I recommend going to this Subway.
