This is a great subway. 3 people very friendly doing their best to serve everyone quickly. Very busy. Place is clean. Not much else open in Hot Springs on Sunday. We stopped in another restaurant first but filled, no tables available and most people didn’t have food yet, so came here. Great choice in Hot Springs. Had the Boss, quite good.

We stopped here during a day of adventures. First Gentleman to help us was wonderful. A lady came out of the bathroom mid service with a bloody nose. Couldn’t eat our sandwiches due to finding blood on them after leaving the area.

This is a decent Subway with excellent customer service. They had plenty of options and the food was fresh and delicious. Great option in Hot Springs where there isn’t much around. Highly recommend!

Online orders are awesome here, they are on top of them. They get the orders in a few minutes early then what the notification says. Great staff, friendly and fast. Definitely not your normal subway stop.

The servers behind the counter making our sandwichs had their hair everywhere. One has dread locks in his face. The other 3 girls kinda had their hair in a ponytail. They were all at the serving counter over the food they where hanging down in front of them. One ponytail touched the food. I thought South Dakota had laws about this. They also were rude because we were not ordering fast enough. Were the only two in the place. Sorry to complain but can’t do all of the hair and attitude.

This place had amazing employees! We have dietary restrictions and they were very accommodating. They changed their gloves and even had the manual ready for us to read if a specific sauce had eggs in it. They very very friendly as well. Would give it a 6 if I could!
