Subway had soft bread and made a great sandwich in no time! The sandwich was to cold and they offered to heat up for me! Must’ve changed employees, because these were very nice unlike what I have seen in other reviews. The atmosphere was pretty good besides the loudness of the Walmart.

DONT NOT GO HERE IF THERE IS MORE THAN ONE PERSON IN LINE. I went in on sunday 9/11/2022 for lunch. She toasted my sandwich without asking me, it ended up burning it badly (see pictures). When she was wrapping up my sandwich i made the comment “wow thats really burnt” without skipping a beat she said “Yup” and continued to wrap it up. It was hard as a rock when i got home so i took everything out tossed the bread and made a wrap at home (thank god i had tortillas at home)…this is the first time the staff had zero personality at this location (will not be returning to that location).

He not only mumbled things, but told me “nevermind”, rejected a small $6 cash tip angrily. Then slammed the gates as I left.
I got my phone out an it was 9:04 pm

This is the worst subway I’ve yet ran into in Rapid City. 3 times I’ve ordered here off the subway app for my 30min lunch break at work and all 3 times my order has never been made on time.! Two times outta the 3 after the mobile app told me it was ready I had to wait in line for them to make it like I did today and ended up getting back to work late because of it.! Never will I ever order here on my lunch break again.!! Management needs to address this problem and fix it or find someone else to manage this Subway location.

I ordered a 6 inch multi grain club Subway and when I got it the bread was stale and the kid working behind the counter would not do anything he walked away. It was so stale The bread was hard and crumbly and the seeds on it were rock hard.

Max at subway was taking out the trash. I politely waiting for him to finish not one but 3 trash cans. Then he came around the corner and all I asked was he washed his hands. He proceeded to proclaim he was stressed from his job and refused to serve me because I asked him to wash him hands. Great service it was 3 hours till close….

We get there stand in line your worker greets us by we close in 7 minutes I don’t know if I will get to ya. Meanwhile helping two guys making their sandwiches. That’s no way to greet a customer and two if you have customers standing in line waiting to order you treat them you don’t say we will serve you if we have time. Also my brother was standing there prior to me showing up 10 mins prior to closing.
