Called to change the date of a catering order. Manager was very rude to me for no reason and changed the price from what I was originally told. I approached him very respectfully through the phone call just to be talked to crazy. Heard from lots of people that he is a rude person and manger, treats staff poorly infront of customers. Will not be eating at this location no more.

Went in and guy immediately said in a rude voice will have to wait phone order beat us. The was pissed off and rude because used restroom. Said was for employees only. Very rude during ordering!!! Would not let spouse add toppings she wanted. Was hostile entire time eating.

Some staff not the greatest they should all follow the same rules dined in needed to use the restroom was told.its being cleaned then asked to use it again before leaving when was told they are closed, I asked for the night?” And was told no we don’t have public restrooms, maybe should get rid of the dine in area if you. And it all depends on who’s working because there are times you can use the restroom. Diner for 5 spent a good crunch of change good food bad service.

I honestly always come here a lot and I get the same thing, but in the chillest way possible I kinda wish the veggies would be more fresh since I get a foot long and when I eat any leftovers the next day the lettuce is already brown but other than that it’s pretty good and the employees are chill.

Every other time I came here it was fine. But tonight it was very unsanitary. They barely had some toppings. They put someone’s sandwich on mine so all of our toppings were touching and used the same knifes for all of the sandwiches. I’ll be surprised if I don’t get food poisoning tonight. And I pray someone with a allergy does not come in and they pull that same thing.

Clean inside, though the bathrooms could use some work. Employees were pretty agreeable and put the sandwich together well enough. Some of the vegetables didn’t look fresh though. Especially the baby spinach looked a bit old. Not going bad, but not fresh. It’s the only Sunday around, so if you love subway this is a good place to go, but if you like other food there are better options.
