I’m about done with Subway. Placed an order using app, paid by gift card, and even had a confirmation # for the order. But when I called they claimed no order had come through in spite of the fact I literally had a confirmation number! Customer service is lacking but plenty of incompetence. But I’m pretty sure my gift card was charged. So I basically paid for a meal I’ll never get.

This location has improved quite a bit recently. It’d be nice if the bread was more consistent in quality. Sometimes it’s excellent, other times you can tell the dough was either too wet or was over baked. The veggies are a lot more fresh lately and they do a better job keeping the covers on when not using.

Went in at 1130 am, 6 employees, no one waited on us, until finally the trainee tried to help us, had never made a flat bread sub. Another girl watched her but gave no directions. Iced tea dispenser was not working and they had to make a new batch. Manager and 2 other employees were vaping and smoking outside at the entrance. Bathrooms were in need of cleaning. I don’t write reviews but this was Bad!

dude this is the best subway in town everytime i go everybody is so nice (even the times i go in right before close sorry yall) the food is the best at this subway right here chat. i love it. The guy that i see usually hes kinda tall?? id say? wears a ring on a chain on his neck, hes super nice and didnt tweak out in me in a situation he totally could have. yeah love this subway.

I don’t usually rate anything with four stars. The reason why I rated it so is because everything is far more expensive than it used to be. Ended up paying thirty dollars for two people, which is quite outrageous. Now, the food was great, the people were friendly. I do miss their orange cheese slices. I’m not sure how “it was too expensive” is a proper excuse when customers are charged large amounts of cash. It feels like being robbed almost because I can not imagine a family ordering here without spending fifty dollars. I don’t understand why the world has come to thinking money is more important than living. It’s not the employees’ faults. They did well. Yet, something should be done.

Great! toasted BLT flatbread sub … Staff efficiency in a long line was very good! Tried to sell up: good… Pleasant Working, fast… Give them a raise and NO, I did not know any of the staff . Although… They did not have their glass covers cleaned. Every Subway I have ever been in has not had clean glass on the line… Kinda creepy!
